Pena Palace & Park Tickets

Ticketing was fine. Booking was easy and tickets were easily transferred electronically. The palace was interesting and worth seeing if you are in the area. Entry was a bit awkward, but fairly well organized.

Ticketi G was easy and the visits were absolutely great. If nothing else. Visitors have to do these 2 activities 🤩🤩

I had no problem with the tickets, however, it is not the official website and from the comments I was afraid that I had been scammed. So for your peace of mind do not buy it through this site because you do not save absolutely nothing, on the contrary, it is more expensive.

Beautiful castle. Lines inside were not awful, but we were there by 10:30. Lines to get in as we left about 11:15 were much longer. Enjoyed our visit. Worth the 5 E to take the bus up and down.

All good except for the ability to load to Apple wallet Because WiFi/cellphone reception was dicey at the point of entry we were concerned about being able access our tickets

Too many people, and site under construction, little information on arrival, distances, parking and transportation.

For groups of more than 3 and diri better to take an Uber, if so you go to one or two sosas to see in sintra will come out much more in account, they charge 13,50 for the coach that makes routes, but the unbers can cost 6-8euros. It is a great scarecrow to charge. If you go to the palace walk to pozo is half an hour, you gain time and money over ubers or coaches. Enjoy!

Ticketing with Headout was simple and fast. Both Pena Palace and the Moorish Castle are great historic places to visit.

The information about the option of having a paid bus available was only announced on arrival at the site by another visitor. Furthermore, the scheduled time has no influence on prioritizing access to the paid bus. The attendant who checks the ticket said it's not her problem if the bus is late.

This tour of Sintra where I visited Pena and Quinta da Regaleira was very interesting and I really enjoyed using Headout!

I consider that it is not worth entering the castle. The time of the line and the visit can be better used in the historic center of Sintra. To enter in any case you have to queue.

It was simple to get tickets and the instructions were simple. The Palace was amazing and easy to follow with the crowds.

Time slot wise entry. Palace was beautiful 🤩 cloudy weather made it more memorable and mesmerizing. Worth visiting there. Must visit place in Lisbon.

I thought the Palace was "wow" but it's not. It's beautiful, well preserved inside, with some parts under renovation, but the outside needs maintenance. Difficult to access.

I really liked the Pena Palace, but not the Moorish Castles. Very tiring with difficult access. I didn't think the combo was worth it

A fantastic trip, the palace and the views from it is unreal. Everything went smooth. My only complaint would be I didn't realize I would need ear phones and then wasn't able to sync the audio with actual tour in real life. But that's probably me being not very tech savvy.

The access was perfect to the Pena Palace you have to be half an hour before at the lower entrance from there it is quite a distance to the Palace entrance

My girlfriend was screaming at me on the Tuc Tuc because of the traffic and we got lost and the man in the Tuc Tuc tried to bring us to his home. But other than this the Palace Pena was a great experience. Thanks to the Tuc Tuc we made in time 👍

No problems with tickets from headout. The issues are more around the stress caused by getting to the experience in the right time frame, or else your tickets will not be accepted. The palace is up a big hill, you need a bus or taxi to get there. The Uber had trouble finding us, and we were very stressed. The palace was also very busy, and we were there on a Monday!

Did not enjoy the huge amounts of people allowed inside on each time slot. Getting pushed from behind by other guests and the staff shouting to move along. Wanting to move forward but unable to. Treated like a herd of cattle. Not an enjoyable experience at all. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks to skip the interior and just take it in from outside
