Istanbul: Basilica Cistern Skip the Line Tickets

I was very uncomfortable that I could.not open the tickets.from email ortho app. Luckily, someone responded to my email quickly when I told them I was at the venue and not allowed in. I would use again, but have the actual tickets emailed to me.

It was a beautiful place, but it was too crowded and the worst part was I had trouble accessing the ticket because I didn't realize I had two so I didn't have good WiFi for a while so we had to wait to enter while they fixed it

We enjoyed both the Skip-the-Line-Tickets and touring the ancient Basilica Cistern. Basillica Cistern is a must-visit place for anyone who visits Istanbul.

We made a combined booking with Fastlane. For Hagia Sophia and Cisterna Basilica, the tickets we sent were immediately our valid tickets. Worked perfectly. Both sights were very beautiful and interesting. At Hagia Sophia, as a non-Muslim you "only" get to the first level and can look down into the whole mosque. Also very impressive, but not really explained beforehand. At the Topkapi Palace there was only one reservation in the mailing, which is easy to overlook, and we only noticed in front of gate 2 (where you need real tickets). We then had to go back to an agency outside Gate 1 so that we could finally get in with a tour lady. It worked but with a certain loss of time. The palace itself was huge and very beautiful. Be sure to book a ticket with harem access (as we had), this part is the highlight of the palace. All in all, a great day with lots of wonderful impressions.

Great place to visit but would have been better if details of how to get the included-in-price audio guide had been given.

The whole experience was extraordinary and our guide was very friendly and professional. The meeting place was very accurate and easy to locate. Highly recommended anyway.

ticket and skip-the-line was working. overall both venues very crowded but thats obviously due to the holiday week. We where diappointed that the Museum of Hagia Sofia was NOT included in an already expensive ticket. We thought this was part of knowing more about the place but where turned away at the door.

Nosotros compramos el combo Santa Sofía basílica cisterna y palacio Topkapi tanto para la basílica cisterna como para Santa Sofía no es necesario hacer nada más que llevar tu entrada impresa para el palacio de Topkapi. Justo en la entrada hay un café donde unos chicos te acompañan porque para entrar en Topkapi, necesitas ir en grupo si llegas pronto a Topkapi maravilloso si no se pone muchísima gente la verdad es que ha funcionado perfecto

Well worth the skip the queue tickets. Absolutely beautiful inside. It's cold, so take a jumper! It only takes about 30/40 minutes to see around.

Entrance to Hagia Sophia and Cistern Basilica, no problems. In palace, guide only in English, instructions to find the meeting point very confusing. You need to have internet for access.

Found the ticket collection place easily..the tickets are quite expensive re entry into Hagia Sophia even with a ticket we had to wait in line and could not skip the queue.

We purchased tickets for the English guided tour on 3/2/25. Our guide was very helpful and professional. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the history of the Badilica Cistern and showed care and concern about our safety and experience. I have recommended this tour to friends who will be visiting Istanbul in April.

I recommend visiting it but I think the price is a bit high because there are many more mosques and monuments to visit, but you can not leave stambul without visiting it.

We really liked the Basilica Cistern and recommend visiting it. Hagia Sophia is beautiful, but the problem for foreigners is that if you are not a Muslim or a Turkish citizen, you cannot enter the first floor😕

Overpriced,too expensive and it takes 10 min to see the place ,staff was rude lost my pram and the gurd told it's not her problem.

Having bought the tickets in advance, we didn't wait in line at all. We walked right past dozens of people. The tour was magnificent!!! Not very long but very beautiful to see. Definitely worth a visit to Basilica Cisterne!!!! I highly recommend it!!!!

I think it's a rip-off. What you pay does not complement what it is. It is a money grab for the tourist.

Great way to skip the massive crowds. Interesting site but definitely more interesting sites to see around Istanbul.

Very easy to get tickets, fabulous building.
