Our guide, Arslan Ali, provided an incredible insight into the history of some of the most important relics within Istanbul. Without his input, the true understanding of both the importance and role of the sites would never have come to light. It was an incredible journey, impeccably timed and thoroughly enjoyable. Our guide, Mehmet, was exceptional—both insightful and incredibly knowledgeable. His deep understanding of the history, culture, and local stories made the entire experience unforgettable. What stood out even more was his excellent English, which made the tour engaging and easy to follow. We noticed other tour groups struggling due to language barriers, but Mehmet’s clear communication and thoughtful explanations ensured that we didn’t miss a single detail. His professionalism and passion for sharing his knowledge truly set him apart and made our tour one to remember.

The visit to Hagia Sophia was rather disappointing. Non-Turkish citizens were typically not allowed to enter the mosque premises, which is completely unreasonable. Everyone should have the right to enter a place of prayer, as praying is a universal act and should not be restricted to Muslims alone.

It's not up to you ...but a few years ago I visited hagia Sofia from the main entrance ...with vision of impressive golden mosaics at the entrance . Now I 'liked to see the upper part ...less spectacular and impactful than the past visit .

Our guide was fantastic. Informative & interesting The crowds were horrendous due to Marathon but he kept us calm & got us through!

We had an audio guide in Spanish. It was important to have it. The site is spectacular, although now the entrance is not allowed on the second floor, the prayer floor. It is important to avoid waiting in line to buy tickets. The local staff is a bit rude in their attention to visitors.

The Hagia Sophia is simply a very impressive building. The audio guide from Headout provided interesting background information.

Our guide was excellent; unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. She was very generous and gave us a lot of information about the history of the places we visited, and the way of life in Turkey. Not to mention that the places were beautiful. If she ever reads this comment, she called us the "Gauvin Ladies". Thanks to your organization!

The guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and service-minded. The tour was well orginized, and a great experience. But 4 hours is long enough. Make sure to bring a bottle of water and good walking shoes.

We had a great day around the Hagia Sofia and the Hippodrome. The tickets for the Hagia Sofia worked as advertised and made the experience smoother and much more pleasant. Recommended!

Bought tickets on line, arrived just after Hagia Sophia opened, NO queueing at all. Beautiful architecture. Stunning experience!

It was a perfect experience, in the end we wanted to access the lowest praying floor but security was saying only during prayer hours, after asking multiple times, after almost 2 hours again we asked what if we have ticket, then he said you can even go now, no need to wait till prayer time.

Our guide, Busi, was great!!! She told us a lot of interesting facts and knows much about history!! She too gave us important information about habits and customes. So our visit was a full success!!

The organization (meeting point and information) was very good. Negative: In the mosque itself, the tour guides can only provide little information. So it is not explained "on site" in the mosque, but you hear a 30-minute lecture at the first meeting point of the tour in front of the mosque. We had not expected this.

Well, it's Hagia Sophia so it's interesting by itself. The online audioguide was a very nice add though, and the fact that you can download it probably helps when you are inside.

Having a guide is good as you get so much more information that you would if you just went on your own. Able to ask questions. Skip the Line was very quick.
