The sight itself was very beautiful. But much hassle in the queues at the ticket office. Was very poorly indicated where to stand with an eticket. And also poorly indicated where and how to get tickets for children.

My ticketing experience with Headout has been very good. The only complaint when visiting the Acropolis is that we were not warned about reduced working hours due to the Easter holiday. We had tickets from 4 p.m., calculating that we had 2 hours to tour, but we only had one hour. It was extremely crowded and very windy. But Athens is beautiful and I recommend it to everyone

E-ticket buyers and normal ticket buyers queue together for the first slot at 8 am. This could be organized differently - then everything would be a little more perfect.

Essential to buy tickets online to avoid the very long lines since morning. Could definitely be improved by being able to make reservations online even for students, free of charge, since on site they don't give you information on exactly where (similar ATMs on the opposite side of the onsite purchases) to make them and so I love you grapple..

When booking the tickets there was no information about requirement to download the app for tickets and audio guide. This isn't always suitable for everyone. I prefer an email with the QR codes and an audio guide I can physically get at the ticket office.

The Acropolis site is a little bit unorganized....we didn't know if we can stand directly in line to unter or if we needed to take our tickets from the ticket office or some machin that was across the ticket office....so we was a little bit nervous untill we entered the site.

Hi! Tickets worked fine but the instructions for what we needed to do were just not clear. We thought we had a meeting place before getting in line. So we wasted about an hour of walking around trying to find something with Clio tours or Headout or some sort of sign. We didn't realize we were just supposed to get in the entry line. If it said that on the instructions I missed it. I did end up texting through What's App on what we needed to do and Clio tours responded quickly that we just needed to be in line for entry. Just a stressful experience that could have been easily avoided with clear instructions for getting in the entry line. Other than that, tickets were fine.

Loved the ease of redemptions. The beeline starts even before the allocated entry time.
The only annoyance is having those bought tickets from ticket office same time cutting into the queue when you have been queuing all these while to get in. Can't they have a separate line instead of allowing them to chuck in as and when. Kinda defeats the purpose of skip the queue. Results in unpleasant and unnecessary experience when you ask the person to queue.

The price was good. The audio was confusing because I could not get it to sync with any of the exhibits. I stopped using the audio and just walked around and read the signs.

Site superbe rempli d'histoires et majestueux .
Facilité et plusieurs choix de combo pour cette vusite sur votre site Pour la file avec billet dejà acheté, elle pourrait etre délimitée plus longuement pour que les gens respectent les files. Audio guide plus ou moins facile à suivre dans le musee. Mais visite inoubliable et sera gravé dans mes souvenirs.

Impressionnante visite de l'Acropole avec une température idéale et une une circulation fluide sur le site malgré l'affluence. Une visite du musée a très bien complétée ma journée. Toutefois, il aurait été apprécié de savoir avant d'entrer dans le musée qu'il fermait à 15h le samedi de Pâques.

Très bel endroit mais très mal géré. La queue est le moindre des désagréments. Il y avait tant de gens pendant la visite qu on avançait à peine ! Exaspérant à ce niveau.

Buying a ticket was easy and convenient, I did it online, and quickly got the ticket with the detailed instructions. So getting inside was quick, even though there was a line. It passed quickly.
The Acropolis itself is a really amazing, impressive and great, for me it was "must visit" and I am definitely satisfied with my experience.

Ticket experience good except I booked for 11am not realising it was Holy Friday and my ticket was moved to 1pm. I had my disabled son with me which made it hard to accommodate the change. Had I been aware of this when booking I would have booked for a different day

We really enjoyed our Headout tour of the Acropolis. This is the first time we have used Headout and there was a bit of work at the start downloading the two apps but it was worth it as the tour was excellent. Very easy to use audio tour and great to follow on the map. Will definitely use Headout again.

Loved both acropolis / Parthenon and the Parthenon Museum. Acropolis best.
My experience with head out was not too bad, but I did have difficulty understanding what to buy and how I would get the ticket images. In the morning when I woke up, there was an e-mail with the Parthenon ticket images, which I could save to my photos. I had gotten the museum images the night before. They worked. Created much anxiety because I am not an iPhone expert. What I loved most was I was able to buy the tickets on line and it worked. - George Heddy.

It was really good..steps can be very slippyas i found out haha..and no need to turn up 30 mins early as you are made to wait until your alloted time to enter.

L'indirizzo fornito dall'applicazione è sbagliato: corrisponde ad una casa privata.
Non era chiaro che occorreva fare ben due file, una per acqusitare il biglietto (salta la coda) e una per entrare nel sito. Per poterlo capire mi sono dovuto recare all'ufficio informazioni, che fortunatamente era aperto.
Le indicazioni sui monumenti fornite dall'audioguida erano approssimative e a volte mi è capitato di ascoltare informazioni che si riferivano ad altro rispetto a quello che stavo guardando.

L'attrazione meravigliosa, il fatto che i biglietti arrivino in PDF solo il giorno prima non lo trovo né comodo né giusto, i biglietti dovrebbero arrivare in PDF lo stesso giorno che una persona li paga come su tanti altri siti.

Nous étions une famille avec des enfants (précisé dans l'achat des billets sur internet) et avions donc une poussette. Nulle part, on nous a dit qu'il fallait aller à la 1ère entrée et pas la 2ème. Il n'y avait pas de consigne pour la garder. Très difficile de se comprendre avec les agents à l'entrée.
De plus, nous n'avons pas trouvé les audioguides.
En résumé, très peu d'indication à l'accueil.
