Acropolis & Parthenon Tickets with Audio Guide

The experience itself was ok. But I booked (via google ) a ticket for the akropolis MUSEUM. Then in the end it turned out to be a ticket for the Acropolis (where we already went to a couple of days before. Then I called Headout. They said they were not responsible for a refund, I should call key tours. (I had bought several tickets at key tours before so I thought they would help (for hundreds of euro's). Then Key tours said they were not responsible so I should get back to Head out. At Head out I got a number from Key tours in de UK and the USA. When I started calling I thought this would cost me a lot more money on telephone bills so I stopped. We decided then to go to the acropolis for a second time. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The process to book the tickets was seamless and the instructions were very well detailed. The package deal was also good as it included a host of monuments to visit.

The visit itself was absolutely amazing. Getting the tickets on line that morning was easy but I had trouble getting the audio tour via the app. Nevertheless we were able to read a lot of information on the boards dotted around the site.

Everything went well. But it is true that we only had a margin of half an hour to enter the Acropolis (15 minutes ahead and 15 minutes behind the fixed time to enter) and that conditioned us a little. While with the official ticket (besides being cheaper) we had a margin of one hour to enter the Acropolis.

We arrived around 10 o'clock and it was not too dangerous, whether because when we rolled up the hill, eventually sat-sat ipo, there were a few tourists waiting for the hill... It is best to buy tickets online.

My experience at the Acropolis was good, I only point out that the audio guide was not for touring the Acropolis but for touring the Plaka neighborhood, in English (very close to the Acropolis). If you have time and know English I recommend it because it shows places that I would not have visited by my own means and it was useful because I did not take any tour. The experience to the temple of Poseidon was very good, as it was punctual, the bus that took us was well equipped (there was wifi and space to charge the phones) and we had audio guides for the tour to Cape Sounion.

We couldn't figure out how to download the audio guide to Acropolis despite several os us trying to figure it out. It worked for the museum. Otherwise it worked really well!

that for each monument there is a link to the strad to get there, and that once you have seen them all magically the page has emptied

Booked tickets to visit the main sites in Athens, avoiding the queues and saving time. The audio guide to the Plaka district is very interesting. On the other hand, the audio guide to the Accropolis (available as an extra on the app) was, in our opinion, a little too descriptive and didn't give enough context/explanation of the history, unlike the one for Plaka.

I could not use the audio guide because it was not in Spanish, which is my language, only in English and my level of English is not high enough to understand the vocabulary of the museum. I think that an audio guide should be in more languages.

Ticket purchase operation fairly simple and fast. Unfortunately being on vacation is not having a printer available I could not get the paper to fold it and use it as a guide for the various stages of the visit. The third step regarding the audio guide is not clear as the first filter indicates that by purchasing the tickets I am entitled to an audio device included in the price chosen, instead then once paid I am advised to download an app to purchase the audio guide, with instructions in English and not in my language. Then I found out at the acropolis entrance, by asking the guides, that there is no audio guide x acropolis and that is incorrect!

A trip to the Areopagus, a dream come true, I passed the same hill where the apostle Paul was, incredible, seeing and being in the place where real stories were lived is priceless, only what you feel is worth it, as if the energy of that place gave you a 100% charge in your life battery, don't give up on your dreams, believe in yourself, you can do it.

The Acroplis is breathtaking! Really beautiful! You must have seen it! Headout is highly recommended. Everything is perfectly organized and clear and the enclosed itinerary is also great!

Highly recommended and no defects! Everything went excellently. On this excursion we used the south gate as our entrance which was great because we were able to see the Dionysus Theater first and then the Acropolis. The excursion was really worth the money and I recommend using their service.

I had a multipass ticket, at the Acropolis even with ticket it was still queuing to enter. But definitely worth seeing. The audio tour through Plaka was not easy to find (you had to download the app headout for this). I contacted them via chat and they helped me quickly.

The price of the tickets was great, and getting to the Acropolis from the cruise port was easy on the public bus. The site was incredible, and one of the highlights of our Italy, Greece, Turkey trip. However the audio guide was not a good option, and the reason was that it would start/stop or skip ahead depending on where it thought you were geograpically located (proximity to which point of interest). We spent too much time interacting with the app to try to skip back/forward to get the inforamtion on what we were seeing ... but eventually gave up out of frustration. This was the experience for both my wife and I on two different phones (so it wasn't just me). My recommedation would be to simply purchase the tickets, and skip the audio guide (fee) that was an extra charge as it was unworkable for us (at least where we stood, or on our particular day).

Easy to use the app/tickets - we were able to visit many attractions over the 4 days we were in Athens. No waiting in line was nice.

It was simple. The closing time of the Acropolis was not clear. When we arrived there we were informed that the Acropolis closed at 5:00 p.m., so having booked for 4:00 p.m. we had little time for a thorough visit.

The Acropolis and the Parthenon are 2 mythical, emotionally-charged sites. A must-see. With a guide or audio guide it's better, of course. But you can also bring your own documentation. In any case, for those who love antiquity, all I can say is GO! It's magical! Despite the crowds.
