Prague Dinner Cruise on an Open-Top Glass Boat with Live Music

Wonderful evening boat tour on a warm summer night with excellent food, outstanding service and great live music.

Though on the email, Headout wrote: "Access your ticket offline" , we still had to exchange our ticket online for official tickets. This was confusing. Another confusing thing , where to get the official tickets. There is pier 3 A and pier 3 B but not just pier 3....like what Headout wrote on the email. Other than that. We enjoyed the cruise. It provided us with the scenery from different perspectives, being on the boat for the obvious reason. The food was good. The entertainment was great. Another thing that dampened the fun was when we found out we had to pay for the water ( they were not bottled water). When we booked it online, I read :" A premium bottle of red or white wine along with unlimited water (optional)". Unlimited water ? Understandable because (we thought) water is free. Optional? Of course, because not everyone like drinking water. So We asked water 3 X. When we paid the bill, 1 jug of water costs the same price as Raspberry juice. If I knew, I would order raspberry juice instead of water.

Pleasant cruise and smiling staff. I would have liked to be served à l'assiette as in PARIS. Good memories and magnificent monuments. I will recommend your company.

The view, the foodprocessor. Live music was nice but singer was not so good...

Everything was perfect! We booked a deluxe ticket at the very front of the ship - excellent view of many of Prague's sights. Friendly and courteous service. Food from the buffet was also fine. Overall it was a wonderful evening, we would book it again!

The service staff were very nice and attentive. The evening menu was fantastic, it left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately the weather was not so nice, so the glass roof could not be opened. could be opened.

I found the price-performance ratio OK. We booked the middle price with the window seats. The food was great, plentiful and the staff were very nice. We did drive up and down a bit at the end so that the 3 hours were full, but this certainly had something to do with the fact that we got through the lock well.

This was the best experience. The service was excellent and staff was friendly. I recommend it...🧡🧡

It was an three hours tour on Danube river, we have seen much more beautiful views of Prague than expected. Dinner buffet was great, many different choices and very tasty. More than enough during the entire tour. Service extraordinary, it made us feel very welcome. Booking and check-in went very well. So, in total we did enjoy the evening

We loved the glass boat dinner activity on the Vltava River in Prague, definitely something we would do again. The music band was spectacular, it made the dinner a special and unique moment to remember, we have enjoyed so much every piece we heard. The food was delicious especially the beef stew, pork leg, sides and desserts. The attention and kindness of the crew made the ride very pleasant. It was definitely worth it, I would do it again!!!!!

The welcome, the boat, the sunset tour, the pianist-singer duo (downside: you can't see it from the lower deck on the Deluxe package).

Great experience. Wonderful view of Prague by night. Only problem with Headhout: no ticket available directly on the application. Each time, you have to look up the reservation number in your e-mail and reconnect, which means you need to have a network or wifi available.

There was no mention of any of the landmark buildings we were passing. It was purely a dinner experience. No sughtseeing element at all! We were forced to sit with another family though there were many empty tables for two in our category

la balade est sympas mais ça ne vaut le coup de payer le supplément de luxe car le buffet n' a rien d'exceptionnel, les vitres font pleins de reflet du coup il vaut mieux être a l'extérieur pour bien voir et faire des photos.nous n'avons pas eu d'audioguide.

I had the ticket including 1 bottle of wine and unlimited drinking water. I ordered water myself 2 times and then got the bill for it. I had to argue a lot and show them the ticket on Headout 2 times to get them to remove the water on the bill because I had it included. I didn't even get the bottle of wine. According to the staff, Headout did not inform me that I had booked water and a bottle of wine included. In any case, it was a nice experience but unfortunately a bit stupid at the end because of the misunderstanding.

It was a romantic dinner for my husband and I. We enjoyed the food and the music. An amazing experience we would love to do again for our anniversary.

Ship very nice, very nice table for two by the window, buffet very good and plentiful, service very friendly, route good, organization excellent, so actually everything is fine - only the accompanying music not. We would have liked more typical, e.g. Bohemian music or Smetana or Dvorchak, not the international noise.

Lovely boat, good food. 3 hours makes good value for money. One gripe - map link from email sent us several hundred metres from the actual location and we nearly didn't make the trip! Please add one sentence to say the boat will be at Pier 3 and all piers are clearly numbered.

Finding the correct pier was a nightmare. We left our apartment at 1800. Took the tram most of the way. In my confirmation email was "To locate the boarding point on Google Maps, simply search for - Dvorákovo nábr". The tram dropped us off on the other side of the river. We crossed the bridge, walk down to the pier area. That point, "Dvorákovo nábr" is between the two bridges in Google Maps. We walked all the way to the other bridge trying to find the correct pier. Not finding it, we looked closer, and it says, Pier 3 Dvorákovo nábr, which Google Maps doesn't recognize. Then we finally realized it was before the first bridge we had crossed, not between the two bridges at all. We were on the pier area by 1820, because we couldn't find the pier, we were one of the last ones on the boat. Then we are rushing, trying to get our tickets at the booth, then go to the boat. We were a large party, 10 people with 4 different tickets. The ticket issuer, gave one of our members the wrong ticket- it was the wrong date. The people on the boat couldn't work it out, so he had to go back to the ticket booth, running both ways so that he wouldn't be left behind. Other than that, the cruise was enjoyable.
