From Milan: St. Moritz Full-Day Tour with Bernina Express Round-Trip Tickets

Our ticketing experience was fine...we thought we were booking the Bernina train with the full sun windows and table seats...that was not the case. That was very disappointing and misleading in the advertising. We did enjoy the sights, although the heater next to our window seats were so hot that it was uncomfortable. We even used our coats to try to insulate our legs from the heat. Luckily, we were able to open the windows for some cool air. All in all, it was nice scenery, just not what we expected.

The charisma and good humor of our guide Simone, added to the professionalism of Marcelo in the conduction! Also, the landscapes were very beautiful!

Absolutely gorgeous and one of my very favorite things I did on my 25 day journey through Italy. It's a must see/do trip!

The whole trip was really an enjoyable experience. Our guide Salvatori was superb in his description of the geography, history of the region and each of its notable specialties. It was an informative and pleasant guide of the different destinations. Driver Antonio was also on time and drove all of us safely and in good time. Overall, fantatstic day trip and we would highly recomme d booking this trip with them. Ciao.

Yes I thought the train had panoramic views but when I got on I discovered that only the windows could be lowered.

Well organised, very good driver esp for the narrow steep roads. Our guide was informative and treated all equally. Time kept to which is important as it's a lot to fit into a long day

The train was very poor and there was no system me and my wife couldnt enjoy the view from the train because everyone raced to sit beside the train glass, there were no chargers and the tour guide was running and we couldn't catch her up through the tour

I was very dissapointed with the experience. The meeting place shown on the site was not correct. Finally made it to the correct place and was on the way to St.morits and the bus broke doen. We sat on the side of the road with fumes coming in to the bus for 2 1/2 hours my daughter was feeling nauseous from the fumes. Then we get to St.Moritz but we dont have any time to tour it. My daughter and I were looking forward to tasting and shopping for swiss chocolates. Our three stops of 30 mins each did not include quality restaurants or food. It was junk food. Not a good experience. I would really appreciate a partial refund as it was a frustrating experience.for my daughter and me.
