The whole trip was really an enjoyable experience. Our guide Salvatori was superb in his description of the geography, history of the region and each of its notable specialties. It was an informative and pleasant guide of the different destinations. Driver Antonio was also on time and drove all of us safely and in good time. Our ticketing experience was fine...we thought we were booking the Bernina train with the full sun windows and table seats...that was not the case. That was very disappointing and misleading in the advertising. We did enjoy the sights, although the heater next to our window seats were so hot that it was uncomfortable. We even used our coats to try to insulate our legs from the heat. Luckily, we were able to open the windows for some cool air. All in all, it was nice scenery, just not what we expected.

The train was very poor and there was no system me and my wife couldnt enjoy the view from the train because everyone raced to sit beside the train glass, there were no chargers and the tour guide was running and we couldn't catch her up through the tour

The inclusion on your app is totally different from what I had
