Even though in the ticket inclusions it was mentioned that we had "feeding elephant", we had to pay 100.000 rp to feed them.

We had a lovely time at the zoo. Unfortunately I got sick & had to leave to go to the hospital. The staff at the zoo were amazing & we were able to reschedule our elephant ride & zoo tour. It was an amazing experience & a great day out with lots of animal interaction.

We liked all of it...the breakfast, very good and good choices we could make, nice to make picture with the orang oetans, the elephant ride was an awesome experience!! Everything well organized and the zoo is very clean! The animals have a good life writing your zoo!

Breakfast with the orangutans wasn't as expected, they were high up and rarely ventured form their platforms, unless you were beside them you could hardly say it was breakfast with them...a little misleading

The experiences and zoo were terrific. Very disappointed in the price of the photos taken by the photographers. The price for one photo was ridiculous. We had participated in another experience on the island and it was half the price of the zoo photos. For a family of 5 to want to charge after each experience to get the photos it would have cost us another $450 aussie dollars. After already spending $675 to get into the zoo it made it unaffordable.
