Came across Headout while searching for tickets to Sunway Lagoon. Headout prices were the cheapest so booked tickets without reading reviews. Was a bit worried later after reading all the negative reviews but everything went so well with our booking I don't get the reason for all the negative reviews. We had a great experience with Headout and would highly recommend it. I am booking Aquaria KLCC tickets as well with Headouts which actually is the best offer I came across again. Thank you Headout

Kids loves the Waterpark and rides , white tiger in wildlife park, crossing the suspension bridge. We will definitely come back again.

There were some photographers around the lagoon park...they clicked our photo and said that you will get this on exit gate. When we reached on exit gate they told us MR 80 for 8 photos on sending on what's app. They were looting. Locker rent was very high. MR 424 plus MR 25 for locker It's a 5 day salary in Malasiya Else we had lot of enjoy

Sunway Lagoon is an awesome place to visit especially with families and young kids as they will enjoy the splash rides and many other rides.

Made all my plans advance instead of making plans at the counter. Saved time. Still a day is not enough for the kids, so much adventures and activities.

For the sunway lagoon tickets, the ticket pdf was corrupted when uploaded to the app and email. They also seemed to be an older version/ wrong version of the ticket required for sunway lagoon. however the support team manage to get things working so all was fine in the end :)

One of the best day spent while I was in Malaysia it would be Sunway Lagoon waterpark. Thrilling rides to exotic jungle trail you can find everything thing there. I would love to go there again...

bought the tix from the website, waited for 20 mins before deciding to cancel it and get the refund which was allowed according to the email. 5 mins later got the tix and emailed them for any status on the refund but to no response

The whole experience was wonderful,the games the food,the water park was amazing the kids enjoyed so much.also we booked the tickets through headout it was easy and reliable.

Many good rides were closed , even the big water pool is under maintenance and this was not mentioned under your website

The best is Colorado splash....and my friend like to ride the roller coaster as she already win and beat her fear..she was so happy ..

It was great fun with 6 different parks inside with one ticket where 2 Water parks takes the top spot of all 6 of them. I would recommend taking express ticket along with entry ticket which will skip the queue and can try all the rides and things with the time you have rather than waiting in queue for most of the time.

First time booked thru Klook (Headout), and it took like 10 mins to receive the online tickets thru email. It was great, especially the water theme park rides. Will definitely visit again.

We didn't recieve our online tickets until 2 hours after I had paid for them. Sunway would not let us in, until we had the virtual tickets emailed to us. Even though I had paid for them and I had a reciept. Both the workers at Sunway and myself tried to contact Headout, but no one would answer the phone to recitfy the situation. It was an extremely frustrating experience. I understand that Headout is a third party, however we were directed to them, through the Sunway website. We had paid for a ticket until 11pm, but were informed that the park was closing at 6pm due to Ramadan. So we missed out on most of the activities/rides. This information should have been specified when we purchased the tickets. An extrememly disappointing experience - however - staff at Sunway were fantastic and there were no ques. Which made up for the frustrations at the beginning of the day. My advice - purchase tickets well before you go to Sunway and contact the staff at Sunway beforehand, to make sure you understand when they are closing or any information you may need to know on the day.
