Spa was good although no towel hire option. Had to buy towels. Seating on river cruise was in centre of boat. View impaired.

Ordering the tickets were very easy. The spa was a brilliant experience. We went in February and although if was cold, raining and miserable it didn't make any difference. We still enjoyed it.

It was fantastic. Both the walk along the Danube and the entrance to the hot springs, very easy access with tickets and both experiences were great.

Beautiful experience, everything really very nice. Very fun the last outdoor pool, the one with the whirlpool.

The baths are very large, with several indoor pools and saunas, and the outdoor pools are very pleasant in the sunshine, even in winter. Despite the crowds, we made the most of our outing to the baths. The cabins are spacious and the showers are cleaned regularly. We had a great time.

The Széchenyi Thermal Baths are a real gem of Budapest and an unmissable experience for anyone visiting the city. The grandeur of its neo-baroque architecture combined with the relaxing experience of the thermal waters makes this place an oasis in the heart of the Hungarian capital. The sensation of diving into the outdoor pools, especially on a cold day, is simply unforgettable. The contrast between the steam rising from the warm waters and the beauty of the yellow building creates an almost magical atmosphere. In addition, the various options of thermal pools, saunas and Turkish baths make every moment there a true wellness experience. The staff at the Széchenyi Thermal Baths deserve high praise for their professionalism and dedication to maintaining an impeccable experience for visitors. From reception, where they are efficient and organized even with the large influx of tourists, to the maintenance and cleaning staff, who ensure that all areas are always in excellent condition.

It's a must-see in Budapest, but frankly the price is outrageous, the site needs a good renovation and there should be more regulation of the number of people on site, because as it is, you're stepping on yourself. What a shame!

Wow what an experience.. beautiful buildings and setting. Then the thermal baths.. the outside bath was relaxing and peaceful. The inside baths were also nice. I liked the different temperatures and the sauna. Felt fresh and revitalised at the end.

Although a little far from our Novotel hotel opposite Parliament, we really enjoyed the place, with its imposing baths. But the best of all remains the other Gellért baths, where you'll find yourself in a 1930s setting not to be missed during your stay.

The temperature of the water was disappointing at 29degrees. It was a lot hotter on my previous visit. I would not come again. Only stayed over 1 hour.

Tickets cost less with Headout. On the other hand, when it comes to entry with lockers, there really aren't any cabins compared with the Gellért thermal baths, where a few (public) ones are available. So you have to change in plain sight, or in the toilets. Men and women are supposed to be separated, but this isn't always the case... The water smelled of chemicals and the outside bath, although very nice, was quite dirty at the bottom. On the other hand, the thermal baths are very large and diversified, so we had a good time in spite of everything. The outdoor bath is a real highlight!

It was fun... it was a really really cold day so swimming in heated outdoor baths was lots of fun... We lasted about two hours... by that time we were pretty done with the whole experience but it was good. Lockers etc were great and worked perfectly.

Booking through headput was easy and straightforward. There were details on how to access fast track and it was very swift for us. No hassle. Szechenyi bath was fabulous too, clean private cabins and great outdoor area.

I loved the whole spa, in one of the saunas they make a sensory show with music and smells, and I came out like new. Highly recommended , but it is to devote time , ie be a morning or a full afternoon. Not just 2 or 3 h .

Easy to book, super friendly staff at the baths. Very clean, great cabins and not overcrowded. The thermal baths were so warm and we particularly enjoyed the hot and cold plunge pools.

I recently visited the Széchenyi Thermal Bath and had a great experience. I opted for the ticket with a private cabin, which was well worth it for the added privacy and convenience. The cabin provided a secure space to change and store my belongings, making the visit much more comfortable compared to using a shared locker. The fast-track entry option was a huge advantage, especially since the lines can get quite long. Skipping the wait allowed me to maximize my time enjoying the pools and spa facilities. The thermal baths themselves were amazing, with a variety of pools at different temperatures, relaxing saunas, and steam rooms. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both lively and relaxing. I’d recommend bringing your own towel and flip-flops to avoid extra rental costs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Széchenyi Spa, especially with the private cabin and fast-track entry for a hassle-free visit!

Insufficient signposting to the site, a lot of confusion when entering the spa and in the changing rooms there is no privacy even in the places marked for women and men only. The staff make no effort to give correct directions and are unfriendly. They don't give you towels to access the spa. The experience of buying tickets with the company was very good, but I wouldn't go there again.

The spa is very good. The part of the outdoor pools is spectacular. Inside they could reform it a little because you can tell it is old and somewhat neglected, but still I think it's worth it if you have a free morning / afternoon. We saw the cruise on the last day and after the views from Buda at night, it doesn't add anything new. Besides, the audio guide left a lot to be desired.... In short: thermal baths yes, but dispensable cruise.
