For using the Audio Guide it is necessary to install an App. There you first have to establish an account with a lot of personal data. This is not acceptable. There should be a one-time possibility to join as a guest
NOWHERE was any hint, that the Erawan Museum is half an hour drive away! So I was not able to use this part of my combined ticket and I wasted money for a lack of information
For the electronic ticket it is as well necessary to install an App. There was no information about that as well.
