Florence Cathedral Tickets with Optional Dome & Bell Tower Climb

After initial problems with orientation, some things were solved after consultation with the staff. Please make it clear when booking that the timesöot is intended for visiting the dome.

We had to ask the people who were organizing the queues to know what to do. Once you validate your ticket at the Baptistery you don't have to wait in the long lines. Better to ask

It's really beautiful to go back to Florence again. This is also my first time to buy digital tickets. Download the PDF file in advance, which is convenient to check and enjoy. It's really very convenient. I highly recommend you to buy it. Next time I will still buy travel tickets through this platform.

Had an awesome time at the top of the Bell Tower, the Duomo was very interesting, but the Baptistry was a bit of a let down as they are doing restoration work inside so couldn't see any of the ceiling frescos. Would use headout again as tickets arrived promptly and no problems gaining access to the sites.

Fantastic value, the bell tower was so worth the 400+ steps climb. Views were spectacular. It was amazing to skip the queue into the Cathedral. Highly recommend this experience.

I received an email from Headout stating that my meeting point for the ticket changed and it gave me a new addrress. I went to the new address 15 mintues before my appointment time. The new address, however, was the museum. I assumed that I was supposed to meet at the museum and then we'd be guided to the duomo from there. However, that was not the case. So when we eventually went to the duomo on our own, we were told we were late. Fortunately, the gentleman was gracious and let us in after I explained the situation. The ticket instructions were also unclear, as it states that the ticket is valid for 3 days. The ticket should be more clear and state that it's only valid for 3 days for 4 of the 5 attractions, not including the duomo. The entry and exit time listed on the ticket should state that that's the entry and exit time for the duomo. Nowhere does it state that. I only learned that after the fact.

Time very well spent. Both Italian Guides were really friendly and had a lot of knowlegle, especially some fun facts you can't find on first pages of guidebooks

It was awesome to be able to climb the dome! The cathedral is a free experience. We found that it was a struggle to get all three experiences in, that we paid for, in an hour due to the lines. So we only got to enjoy the dome walk. Still a breathtaking experience!

Ticketing experience great. Climbing the tower was an amazing experience. Slightly scary though with people coming down the narrow steps as well as climbing up.

Muy buena experiencia! Muy recomendable! Se hacen las colas a la hora que corresponde la subida a la cupula. Para el resto de zonas hay que hacer una cola pero fue corta. Si no reservas no podrás subir!

The entire service was amazing! Everything on time and uncomplicated. Very well organised. The ticket is definiteley worth the price! So many attrictions for only 30.- Would definiteley recommand it.

Il pass che abbiamo acquistato (Giotto Pass) ci ha permesso di visitare diversi monumenti, tra cui il magnifico Campanile. La salita è davvero consigliatissima! Non è troppo dura perché ci sono diverse "terrazze" in cui riprendere fiato prima del piano finale, da cui si può godere di una vista unica su Firenze e sulla Cupola. È stato stupendo avere questo imponente monumento davanti, quasi a poterlo toccare e ammirarlo in tutto il suo splendore. Consiglio davvero a tutti!

Bell tower was the best part. A lot of great opportunities to get citywide photos. Basilica was just ok. And work being done on ceiling so could not see actual fresco. Interesting and well worth the value.

Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige, ni peur d'avoir à monter des escaliers pour monter au Duomo !!! Pensez à réserver votre ascension au dôme bien avant de partir, c'est tout le temps plein. Très belle expérience qui en met plein des yeux. Nous recommandons Headout ! Tout s'est bien passé dans le timing annoncé

Easy access with skip the line tickets. Bell tower great climb. Baptistry amazing. A little disappointed with access to the duomo. Only a tiny back section. Most of it was roped off

The timed tickets really enhanced our experience and didn't have to stand in line for very long at all! And the Duomo was breathtaking!

Beautiful view, lots of stairs! I enjoyed the campanario because it allows you to have a nice view of the duomo. Try to go there in a clear day!

There is no order to follow nor is it clear where the museum is .... so we missed that and the baptistery. When we arrived we didn't even know what the baptistery was....

An incredible view from the top of the Dome! Not too much of a wait to get in. On the other hand, we would have had to queue again to enter the cathedral, lame!!!!
