Castel Sant'Angelo Timed Entry Tickets

The entrance was well organized. Unfortunately, one of the 2 audio guides in the app could not be activated and the other was available, but unfortunately the language could not be adjusted. What a pity!

The visit was interesting. The place is very impressive and beautiful. Absolutely not to be missed. This is precisely why I highly recommend buying tickets with the skip-the-line option because otherwise you would spend most of your time in line waiting to get in. The only thing I didn't like was the audio guide to be listened to through the app because it was not updated according to the current castle tour route. It makes you start from a point where it is no longer accessible because the staff makes you start the visit directly from the second floor, not the ground floor as the guided tour proposes. As a result, you then lose the desire to keep going in and out of the audio guide to figure out what you need to hear based on where you are.

It was really easy to approach the Headout staff to have my voucher changed into actual entry tickets with some instructions. We had a really good time there skipping a queue.

At no time could we listen to the audio guide from the application itself from where the tickets are taken, we contacted customer service and even so they did not solve it. On top of that, the time of the visit was not the one we had selected, it said 9 am and at first the ticket said that you could enter all day from 9 am to 6:30 pm and we had problems to redeem the ticket.

Per l’audioguida ho già pagato, ma non ho potuto utilizzarla. Non c’erano audioguide disponibili né in tedesco né in russo, come mi è stato comunicato direttamente dal servizio clienti sul posto. Nell’app non era presente alcuna audioguida. Ho anche fatto degli screenshot.Chiedo gentilmente il rimborso delle 2 audioguide. Grazie

Attraction was interesting Exchanging the voucher for the tickets and getting the audio guide was very quick and easy Did have trouble synching up the audio guide with where we were in the castle though so we ended up not using them

Castel S.Angelo is one of those places that kidnaps you, once you enter you are catapulted into another dimension. The ability to do it essence estanuanti queues is priceless. the staff is kind and friendly. good visit to all.

It was easy to use. Next to the entrance to the castle was the helpful staff, dressed in purple. The 360 view of rome from the castle is breathtaking and we had good weather.

Interesting history, amazing view over the Tiber river and Rome and Vatican, and beautiful and well preserved painted rooms.

Pointless as there was no que to jump and agent was not at place on map had to be told by ticket office where they where!

There was confusion as to which room the speaker was in or where exactly we had to go and that a few rooms were only explained when we went back.

The view from the terrace at sunset is lovely, everything else very interesting Not all the information in the audio guide is consistent with the given route

The weather was a bit disappointing, but it was still very much worth the visit. Interesting history from the origins to later uses of the castle. Beautiful city views from the castle walls!

What a beautiful place. The line wasn't long to get a ticket but with this we just walked right in and enjoyed visiting this phenomenal castle.

Castel sant'angelo is beautiful and has an extremely interesting history. The audio guide was okay but not very detailed and a little confusing to follow, but the location itself was incredible and the skip-the-line tickets made it so easy to enter. Would absolutely recommend, I spent almost 2.5 hours there and had to force myself to leave so as not to spend even longer.

It was very helpful to already have our tickets and to skip the line. We did have a hard time determining where to go so that the audio would coordinate with our tour. It was helpful information but it was never in sync with where we were on the tour.

Castel Sant'Angelo itself. Unfortunately, the German audio description is not correct at one point and you are taken up one floor too early.

The tickets were easy to redeem and use. The instructions on how to meet the representative on-site were accurate and provided adequate details.

The place was beautiful and I enjoted the audio guide. At first it wasn't clear that I just had to show the qr in the app to the lady at the entrance. She told me to go get my ticket outside and come back. Anyway, eventually I didn't need to stand in line so that was good. I enjoyed my day at the castle.
