Tickets were easy to access and I didn't have to print them as I don't like to create rubbish

The best experience we had in Singapore. The view from the top is amazing .

What I did not like we were not emailed the actual tickets to get entry. You needed wifi to download the app to get the tickets. We had to line up at the event at the ticket office to get advice how to proceed. The events were great.

The staff were friendly and efficient, the capsule was clean and well prepared for our ride. Disembarking was easy and staff were helpful ensuring our safety. The views were amazing.

Best time to visit this place is at 6.30 pm, complete the time capsule in 20-30 mins, andboard on to the flyer around 7 pm, just before sunset (when we visited, sunset was at 7.20). Thos would give you a great view of Singapore in daylight, at sunset golden hour and in lights at night post sunset. Time capsule is a bit boring and needs reinventing. Headout goves best discounts, easy to redeem at counter.

I loved this app, I found it by chance and offers good prices, just show QR code and ready I never had problems in any activity, Singapour Flyer, good views, I did it at night all nice, but I was left with the desire to do it in the day I think the views would have.been better of all the beautiful singapour.... recommend it.

Ticketing experience was not great as they did not me an email. But your people were so helpful trying to fix the situation- they get 10 stars. We loved the ride but your workers trying to fix the missing Conniestothard@yahoo.com - spectacular.

The ease of getting there. The ease of getting through the line. Lots to do between wait for the lift. Most of all i loved the beautiful night view. Recommend the night flight!

I liked the excellent organization and assistance during boarding, the modernity of the facility and especially the panoramic view at sunset with the of the city lit

The view coupled with the running commentary. The AV show on the history of Singapore was excellent. The booking experience was good. Wish there were markers for certain landmarks especially Little India and Chinatown.

Buying and redeeming our tickets was super easy. I downloaded the app and everything was smooth sailing The Flyer was great although it was rainy the day we were there. Still super enjoyable. Gardens of the bay is fantastic. Loved everything about it. The light show was out of this world. Highly recommend

The journey was excellent. The price what I got from the site (SGD 40 pax) was more than what others purchased for the same ride around SGD 30 to 34).

My nephew enjoyed Universal very much and went on as many rides as he could. Beware the water rides, take a raincoat or poncho 😁. Time capsule & Flyer were also good. As there weren't a lot of people we had a capsule to ourselves.

Everything was how we expected from the ticketing to the actual experience. Thank you and wont hesitate to useHEADOUT again . 😃😃😃

Very well organised. No lines just before sunset. Made it to the top as Singapore lit up for the evening. Perfect! Will do again for sure!

I faced issues with other passengers in the capsule - there were like 6 kids with some adults, all crying and shouting extremely loud. Nightmare.

The smooth and well organise check in to the Flyer. Staff was pleasant and courteous. Overall, my family enjoyed the view especially the sunset.
