Our guide Ivan was very comprehensive and nice explaining to me without tediousness the vicissitudes of the Old Palace and making comparisons with our life today ! Everything was perfect thank you !

Great tour. The ticket instructions were not clear though on where to meet. Apparently it was by the lion fountain inside entrance but our tickets didn't say that so we wandered around for awhile

It was a very interesting tour conducted by an excellent guide who knew her subject and explained things well in a friendly way, all in excellent English.

Our tour guide was very good - she was very knowledgeable and therefore very interesting and informative. She gave us an understanding of the history of the palace and the people who lived there. She also took us through a secret door which showed us an extra area which was a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

Dr. Francesca was very clear and engaging, especially to the children I was accompanying, my grandchildren. On the other hand, I complain that I was not informed at the time of booking that the secret passages can only be explained by the employees of the old palace.

The guide was really engaging and informative. She gave us plenty of time to explore but still kept us moving. We thought it was very interesting. My only negative was we really struggled to understand where the meeting point was and when we asked staff, we were told to wait in lines. We were there with plenty of time, but almost missed the tour. I would recommended changing the instructions to "collect your tickets from the info point, then find your guide."

Our guide has knowledge everything about Medici family and Veccihio Palace. Also she talks fluently, we were very appreciate.
