Skip-the-Line Tickets to Topkapi Palace & Harem with Audio Guide

I believe you can buy the ticket and audio guide on your own (I recommend it). The palace is stunning; if you plan to explore it in detail, it may take about 6 hours, and it truly is worth it.

In the end, I waited half an hour (from 9 a.m., Palace entrance opening time, to 9:30 a.m., group entrance time) and queued more for our group than for other visitors. It would be preferable to have the entrance start at 9 otherwise the queue jumping makes sense after 10...

We were able to access the site without too much delay and discovered this magnificent palace with its museum and gardens! We couldn't visit the Harem because we couldn't reach our guide, but the rest is enough to dazzle you for the afternoon!

Very easy to purchace online.But guide gave us nothing about the audio guide as audio guide suppose to collect from a counter near the ticket office. You can skip harem as it is not worth for money. But do not miss museum with holy relics in courtyard 2 and bosporus view in courtyard 3. Get your audio guide from the counter as the application based audio guide has only limited information. Better to carry some snackes and water as it is super expensive in the cafe.

It's pointless to sell a "guided" tour when all the "guide" does is to scan your QR codes at the entrances and then leaves you on your own. Tourists are not that disoriented, they are more than capable to manage that on their own. For such expensive tickets (even in places like Barcelona, it costs less to visit the main attractions) this is ridiculous. Either get rid of the guides altogether, or at least have them make an intro to Topkapi & harem history for 30 minutes or so. Also, it's not mentioned anywhere in the instructional email that you have to receive a printed voucher from the desk to get into the palace. Some people just joined the group at the meeting point and had troubles at the entrance afterwards. Please add that to the instructions,thanks!

The quick admission. The handling in the Topkapi Café was a bit confusing and the employees were not very customer-oriented. There were very angry comments from some people around. The tour was ok

Unfortunately no information that the online ticket must be exchanged for a paper ticket. We only received this information after a long wait and had to go back to the entrance and then queue again. About 1 hour wasted!

It's worth choosing this ticket, we got in very quickly. A man was waiting for us at a booth to show us our ticket and a few minutes later we were on our way in with the team. We were taken to the Hare after which we were free to explore. You were in Topkapi as long as you wanted. It's a very nice place. Just like in Suleiman, the locations were the same. It's a beautiful place. The only thing that bothered me was that there were not many windows open in the Harem, so it was dark inside and you couldn't get good shots. But I enjoyed every minute of it, I really wanted to go there. If you can, you should go too. You can really be the Sultan of Hürrem here.

Our guide himself was amazing, no complaints. However we thought it was a guided tour of the palace but it ended up being a tour to the garden where he explained all the rooms and then left us after 45 mins to visit each attraction.

The visit to the palace and harem was a great experience. There is a lot to see e.g. harem building, weapons, clothes of the sultan and his family as well as the treasures with many precious stones. The whole event ran smoothly and quickly. Thank you very much

I loved the building, the architecture, I would have liked to hear what the inscriptions said. I had hoped to see the harem, I'd been there long ago, and have forgotten it. The treasuru was excellent, that part was without a guide, but a guide could not have helped in the narrow corridors. I am so glad I went.

The meeting was easy, the entry smooth. Nice to then be able to tour at our own pace. The audio guide however was terrible. Multiple problems on both phones. Freezes. Re-downloads. Finally just gave up.

There are no good instructions for the audio guide. The hint to load the data at the wifi hotspot, for example. In addition, the guide was difficult to synchronize with the events on site. We often didn't know which audio file (the numbers) went with which location. The locations were also not marked accordingly. The use as a website was very confusing. An existing QR code for an app did not lead to the app. In my opinion, €54 pp is also very 'demanding'. All of this significantly dampened our enjoyment of the palace.

Overall it was quite informative and tour guide gave detailed explanation. I did not realize that the entrance ticket was not included in the tour, until the end.

The overall experience was just amazing! History you can almost touch. Only issue we had was that the audio didn't work but in no way did it affect our extremely positive experience.

Our guide was for be but it was a very expensive place to visit & incredibly crowded. Definitely interesting & I'm glad we did it but the level of crowds really impacted the experience. Lots of parts we didn't see as the queues were horrendous.

Having the ticket, it was fairly easy to enter the palace and the haram. The host was very nice, very professional and took care of us very well.

We have chosen the tickets without guide. The contact that helped us enter the site was excellent!! Yet the whole procedure that I had to wait almost an hour for the next available group, the fact that we didn't have the time to get the official audio guide whereas the one downloaded didn't work combined with the enormous group not easy to communicate and understand how things work made the experience less pleasant!

The visit to the palace was nice, but the headout app did not work on my phone (android 14), and the tour operator told us they only accept the app or the email. Fortunately there was free WiFi at the meeting point to access my email, otherwise we would have been in trouble.
