Roman Pantheon Skip-the-Line Tickets with Optional Audio Guide

The experience met my expectations amd did make it much easier to enter the venue however the collection of the ticket first was way beyond a bad experience the lack of signage made it very hard to find and stressful

We enjoyed our time at the amazing Pantheon. We were so happ to get tickets online and then just go pick up. We even enjoyed our walk tot he Pantheon. The audio provided rich details that enhanced the experience

Barbara, the tour guide, was really great. We all got a vivid impression of this really impressive environment. Highly recommended!

I recommend that you take the audioguides so that you can enjoy your visit and learn more about this monument. Without the audioguides, our visit would have been shorter and less interesting.

My initial contact was with a guy that had" head out" on his hat and flag that told me where to meet him 15 minutes prior to my ticket time. He then left and didn't mention that it would be a different person with" love rome" on the flag instead of head out. Almost missed my tour, luckily I ask the love rome person and she got us straight as she was the actual guide.

Our vouchers were easy to redeem and the headsets/ipods for the listening tour were easy to get. Lots of information about the site and easy to understand what areas you are learning about

We had to pick up our ticket 15 minutes from the monument, which wasn't much of a problem. However, when we arrived at the Pantheon, the queue for "skip the line" tickets was ten times longer than the queue at the on-site ticket office. Still, it was pretty quick. Finally, despite the queue cutter, we had to wait over thirty minutes to collect the audio guides, as there is no queue cutter for this. We think it would be more appropriate for the audioguide to be handed out at the same time as the entrance ticket.

The guide was very good and knowledgeable. The entry to st. Peter's basilica without the starting over in the line for the church.

The attraction was superb...we went at once inside the Pantheon with the tickets...but it was hard to find the redemption point...

Easy to use. Booked the tickets on line, went to the Pantheon and a person was there to provide , the coded tickets. Passed the long line and were in to the Pantheon in less than 5 minutes Thanks.

Space and location. There is hardly any decoration and it looks bigger in the pictures but it does fit a lot of people in a clean functional very well-located place.

Upon arrival i was told that my ticket was just a voucher and had to walk another 10min away to get my ticket then on my return i had to que again to get in when we eventually got in the guide was a stupid phone system with no ear plug and i was told i only had them till 3pm as they where closing early today it was 2.45 at this time so therefore i had no benifit from the guide what so ever and would have been better just paying the five euro and walking round myself with my wife i would not recomend anyone paying for the guide and you don't even skip the que

Everything was ok. The ticket pick up place was about 10 minutes from the Pantheon and we received the tickets imediatelly.

I think the price difference between taking them in advance and taking them on the spot is quite big, considering that there wasn't such a long wait and even if there was, I think that 10 euros per person difference is quite disappointing.

The ticketing experience was smooth. We were not able to access the audio tour through the links given but that was not important to us. We purchased other tickets through head out during our stay in Rome.

<I thought it was great that they communicated by wp as I had tried via email before and had not been successful. I was able to change the schedule and the experience was fantastic the Pantheon is unique !!!! Thanks to the fact that they communicated with me and gave me options we were able to see it.

The charm of the guide that has touched us, you can tell that she likes it and lives it, so that everyone who listens to her feels the same way. A 10 for her.

Easy to pick up the ticket from the collection point. The audio guide had to be picked up inside the venue, and there was a huge queue for this so I didn't do so. Therefore ended up paying excess for a ticket without audio guide
