We could not reschedule the tickets. Our plans changed and due to the fact we were not able to change the day of the visit at the museum we did not go there at all. Wasted money, tickets and efforts to reschedule.
Plus, we found out you can easily reschedule if you buy the tickets directly at the museum website.
So there is no point in using headout at all.
We will not use headout again, plus will tell everyone around about the experiance.
When we called the support, the lady said we cannot be refunded.

Could not download the app; therefore, entry to the museum was denied, although we showed them the confirmation email.
Had to re-buy tickets onsite ! 🙁

The visit was pleasant and interesting no lines at the ticket office. I was sorry to find many rooms closed for works but unfortunately it was unavoidable . However very positive
