Ticketing should've had better instructions on where specifically to redeem voucher for actual tickets. Waited in wrong line and then found out I needed to visit a booth outside the actual museum building first.

Incredible museum! Very nice visit. However, there's no point in buying tickets on the app because you have to change them on the spot at the same ticket office where everyone buys their tickets, so you inevitably have to queue to exchange your tickets and then to get in (no queue-cutting ticket).

It is misleading to say that you can buy tickets online - you can buy vouchers. Which can be redeemed for tickets at the counter, which is nonsense in 2024. Just sell tickets or highlight clearly that the users can only buy vouchers, not tickets. The museum itself was superb, of course.

The art was fantastic an it was not too busy. The only issue was that I thought I bought the ticket online, but it turned out, it was a voucher that needed to be changed on site for tickets. This was a bit confusing, but as the ticket line was not too busy, it was okay. Had too little time and next time would plan min. 3 hours for this.

The online ticket saved us about half an hour of waiting in the queue and made our visit an unexpectedly easygoing experience, right from the start.

I bought the ticket online, but still had to stand in line to pick up the physical ticket. I didn't like that, but everything else was fine and dandy!

The museum itself was amazing. The Headout ticketing experience was a problem. I never received the email with barcoded tickets. I had to go stand in line in the activation queue to get the tickets printed out manually. Would have been faster to just get my tickets on site and not go through Headout.

I was a few minutes too Late according to a Delay but everyting went Smoothly at the entrance so o could join the Guide.

Best museum I've ever been to!! The ticket is totally worth it. The feeling of dealing with a great story is pleasantly overwhelming. I've seen some amazing museums in Berlin, London and Amsterdam, but this one is by far the best! The architecture of the building and the decoration of the halls are incredible – it's definitely worth a visit!

I bought online tickets, but I had still to exchange them into normal tickets at ticket office. What's the point of online tickets then...

The museum, the beautiful architecture and the magnific collection. But it would be easier to get a code to enter directly to the museum and thus avoid to go to a ticket Office to get the printed ticket.

I really enjoyed the collection and the way the art was displayed. If you buy a ticket online you should be able to download it, and not just join the ticket queue to collect the ticket.

What I liked most were the paintings on display, a real treasure. What I liked the least was that there were no clear instructions on where to exchange the reservations for the ticket and I had to stand in line for the tickets and when I arrived I was told that it was not necessary 😒 The Rembrandt paintings were in a separate exhibit that had an additional cost, and I didn't get to see them.

The museum building, both outside and inside, is beautiful and very pleasant to visit. The painting and sculpture exhibitions are wonderful. The space is large, the museum has good circulation, and the rooms are well lit. It's very worth visiting.

Online booking experience was straightforward but it was not clear enough that we needed to make an extra step and go to a booth at the museum for the ticket to be printed. Other places such as the Belvedere have a system where advance online booking is cheaper than buying at the museum, and the electronic ticket directly provides entry.

Quality of painting is OUSTANDING!!! also the possibility to have a seat and spend some time relaxing while watching at my favourite paint. Really awesome!

Queue avoided wonderful museum. Really worth the money it costs. Easy to use the site to reserve tickets that allow you to enter without time constraints.

This was one of the greatest museums I ever visited. The walls on the inside were absolutely stunning. The art itself was also beautiful and a lot. Definitely would recommend and worth the visit!!
