Phillip Island Nature Parks Penguin Parade Tickets

The tour guides were great and very informative The only down side of the experience were the people that wouldn't listen and leave their phones off and would continue to film and take photos The penguins were very cute

Absolutely everything. The guides were fantastic, the penguins gorgeous, the food was tummy and the souvenir shop ladies were fabulous.

I brought my American husband to Philip island (first trip to Oz). The people and the wildlife were amazing. Koalas were easily visible, and the penguin parade was more than I could hope for (even though I've been numerous times in the past). We saw swamp wallabies, black swans, and various other unique birds. I love showing off our small neck of the woods to others. Can't wait for our next visit!

I was so disappointed with the people/spectators at the venue. One simple rule to follow NO TAKING PHOTOS !!! I could not believe how disrespectful people can be. No matter how many times the staff/rangers stipulated NO PHOTOS OF THE PENGUINS it was blatantly ignored. This is a conservation area for the penguins and people taking photos and being so disrespectful towards the animals ruined my experience Not only were people breaking the rules whilst the penguins were emerging from the water all along the boardwalk people continue using their cameras and taking photos

Ticketing quite ok for a "not very computer wise" person. Loved the penguins coming in and loved watching them. No need to change a thing I would think

Seeing those marvelous birds. I hated that so many viewers disrespected the people in charge, disregarding their repeated instructions! That was disagreeable.

The experience was great but I thought the booking process via Headout was a bit devious. I did not realise due to Headout's search engine placement that this was the Penguin Parade booking system. I didn't like having to download an app which then spruiked other experiences so I deleted it. I was surprised to learn at the Penguin Parade that you can book tickets direct with them. They had issues validating our booking at entry.

Absolutely loved it. My 2 year old especially enjoyed walking along side the penguin's as they walk home donw the pathway.

I loved the experience, the structure and the stuff, very kind. But I didn't really like the fact that you had to download the app to have access at the tickets. I rather download a pdf for the ticket.

Easy to select and purchase tickets for the Penguin Parade. Seeing the penguins move from the ocean to their burrows was amazing. Highly recommended.

We booked the ticket but we did not receive the tickets on the day we booked for, and we got a bit concerned and placed a call to the helpdesk. They helped us quickly and provided the tickets. So overall the ticketing experience was good

Excellent, communication from rangers was just right. Only thing that detracted was the number of people who "had" to take photos after repeated requests and signals. Perhaps you could instruct the tour guides accordingly.

Loved that we could experience this amazing part of nature. The information provided by staff was fantastic and the centre was full of fun things for the kids.

That we could be free to explore the tracks when we wished and that 'experts' were available to chat to on the boardwalks

Great spectacle but disappointing so many visitors ignored the request not to photo or video the penguins especially as they walked to their burrows

From the car park through to our seating in the stand which was great right down the front, the lady giving the pre penguin talk was great and our walk out was special seeing the penguins going to their burrows. The experience from booking tickets to the return to car park was great thank you all

It was absolutely amazing. The close proximity to the penguins was 2nd to none. Would highly recommend it 😍

I thought I'd see more penguins but unfortunately the guides had to repeatedly tell ignorant people to put their phones away which I think frightened the penguins as they kept going back into the water. I was however expecting more penguins, the night before had over 600 but they must come in after the crowds go away.

It was great to see the penguins come ashore and then to see them amongst the dunes. The team were excellent and made the experience accessible for people with a disability by having transport shuttle between the viewing platforms and the visitor centre.

Watching the penguins, adorable The most disappointing was people using phones to take photos, even after being told not to. Cameras, phones should be put in lockers until they return to the building- if people cannot live without their phones- don't come in. Welfare of animals has to be the priority!!!
