Half-Day Guided Tour of the Giza Pyramids & Sphinx with Transfers

Our guide, Othman, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, gave good instruction and tips, and was flexible in catering to our group's preferences. When we book other tours in Egypt, we will specifically request him.

Our tour guide, Mary, was absolutely awesome. She was so knowledgable and kept us organized and on track. I'm really glad that I chose to do this tour.

Of course it was magnificent, but the guides and driver were also top-notch... Many thanks to Reda for the explanations and stories of the country.

Private half-day with departure at 8 a.m. sharp and return around noon, but you can take as much time as you like. We were able to see the pyramids from all angles, as well as the Sphinx. The guide, Reda (in French), was very friendly and smiling, making it a great outing! And the driver, Tamer, was very vigilant on the road. Just so you know, we had taken the private exit without entry to the pyramids etc. (but it's certainly possible to change your mind on the spot if you change your mind at the entrance, I think). You have to pay the entrance ticket to the pyramids in addition to the tour (1700 Egyptian pounds). We just didn't appreciate the cash cow aspect at the end of the tour, even though we understood that this was the game... "don't buy anything at the pyramids, you'll get ripped off there's another store outside". But we didn't really find the attractive prices or the coveted objects. Our visit to the papyrus store was a little oppressive, with the saleswoman insisting heavily that we buy something... Otherwise, everything was perfect and I highly recommend the visit, which was rich in detail and history. Thank you Reda!

It was a nice experience. I would suggest to take this trip if you have limited time. The show you the main spot and explain everything about them. In addition, the help you out dealing with the sellers to get the official price. Satisfied.

We booked two tours with Luna Travel in Cairo (one for pyramids and one for Cairo city) and had a great time! The service was excellent and the tour guide was very nice. They really make sure that you always feel good in a big city like Cairo. Highly recommend!

After a misunderstanding when I placed my order on the website, the company did everything possible to meet my expectations. Exceptional day with my 2 children. The pyramids are a marvelous thing, but our guide Kabri (I hope I remember the name right) was truly an exceptional teacher he engaged us with his stories and made us experience a wonderful morning in his company

The guides were very kind , very helpful, they took me some wonderful pictures and even took me to places I didn't expect . They explained very good the history of Egypt , they made my experience great!!

Great tour. Redah is a very good guide who adapts very well to the language. He was accompanied by his driver Ahmed who is also very friendly. We had a great time. I'd recommend it.

I booked the tour to the Pyramids of Giza as well as to the Sphinx at very short notice, just the evening before. Pick up next morning was on time, by a friendly driver and a remarkably kowledgeable, officially licensed tour guide. He explained a lot and pointed to many details. He was able to answer all questions. In addition, he knows the best spots and positions for taking photos such that unforgettable impressions are well preserved. Highly recommendable experience.

Our host Ahmed was very engaging and knowledgable. Gave us time to ask questions and was patient. Took some great photos for us. The trip does include visits to the papyrus paper and oil workshops though so be warned!

It was a very successful day! Our tour guide Mahmud really gave us an understanding of ancient Egypt and the pyramids and was also very responsive to our (photo) requests. Overall a well-rounded affair, with pick-up, drive & sightseeing & no hidden costs or cross-selling attempts. Very pleasant. The driver was also very prudent and navigated us well through the traffic. Always happy to return!

Communication was great, keeping me updated on the ETA and who to look out for. The driver was friendly and brought a personal feel to trip. The tour guide was friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable and fielded every single question with deep insight into the historical landmarks and eager to assist in capturing the moments to reflect on for years to come. The service was perfect from start to finish. The private guide in Italian (great Tarek!) was extremely knowledgeable and extremely kind. He made sure to make everything easy, such as transportation (thank you Abraham!), tickets, tips to avoid nagging street vendors or extra camera fees, but most of all providing stories, information and satisfying curiosities in a very professional way. Communication with the Team was mainly via Whatsapp in a quick, smooth and immediate way. The tour includes the possibility of extra activities of the highest quality, such as camel tours on the dunes overlooking pyramids, visit to factory and shop of decorated papyrus, visit to shop of scented essences. I would like to point out that the shops were truly quality, with very knowledgeable assistants who spoke virtually any language, and the prices of the products, should one wish to purchase anything, honest and appropriate. The guide and helpers continually lend themselves for the best souvenir photos. Overall, a fully satisfactory experience.

Super expérience, bonne communication avec le guide avec qui nous avons echangé notre photo via WhatsApp pour se reconnaitre en arrivant sur le site ainsi que la photo du chauffeur qui est venu nous chercher à l'hôtel. Explications très claires lors de notre visite ainsi qu'une option proposée pour un tour en dromadaire à travers le désert pour voir les pyramides sous un autre angle. Le guide ainsi que la personne qui nous a accompagné dans cette excursion, ont pris des photos originales de nous pour les soivenirs. Nous recommandons Adel Kashash ainsi que la plateforme sur laquelle nous avons réservé notre visite.
