Simple instructions to exchange voucher for wrist bands. The signage matched the instructions. However, the information at the attraction was rather difficult to navigate. Also advisory should be issued to warn people who suffer from claustrophobia might need to avoid the sky glide. I was rather stressed and had to use the steps all 140 of them for the return. Very poor information provided.

While using online ticketing is a convenient option, it's important to note that you still need to queue for tickets, which can be a bit disappointing. We visited during a busy bank holiday weekend, and despite the crowds, everything was well organized. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the views were truly spectacular! Overall, it was a positive experience with room for improvement in the ticketing process.

Visited Langkawi Cable Car, Sky Bridge and Sky Glide using Express Lane tickets late January 2025. The ticketing experience was seamless. All the info was sent through, we followed all and we never stood in a queue for longer than a few minutes. The "Fast Lane" green sticker gave us priority at all the stations. Normally queing would not bother me, but due to a pelvic fracture some months ago and some slipped discs (all because of a nasty fall), standing for long periods becomes extremely painful. The Sky Cable Ride, and especially the Sky Bridge was awesome. Quite something to view most of such an old geo-site from a dizzying height, whilst marvelling at the enginering marvel of safe cable rides. We truly live in an amazing world!

Interesting experience just kurangkan sikit harga kepada warga negara Malaysia agar ramai lagi boleh melancong dan menggalakkan industri pelancongan

The sequential order between sky cab, sky walk then to sky bridge was not well explained. We would have selected for all inclusive. Also very disappointing that virtual reality and significant amount of shops and entertainment in the village were closed.

We bought tickets past the queue, but there were not all places where we could use them and of course that was where the queue was the longest 🥺

The ride itself is smooth and takes around 15 minutes. As you ascend, you'll be treated to a bird’s-eye view of waterfalls and steep cliffs. Once at the top, the Sky Bridge is a highlight. It’s an architectural marvel, and walking across it gives you an incredible sense of height and scale. I would recommend going early in the day to avoid crowds, especially during peak tourist seasons. If you can, try to visit on a clear day to maximize the visibility of the views. The weather can be unpredictable, so it's a good idea to check the forecast beforehand. There are also a few restaurants and souvenir shops at the base, making it a good place to spend a couple of hours. The whole experience is well worth the price, offering a unique perspective of Langkawi’s natural beauty. Rating: 5/5

Nothing much. It just a normal cable car that I've rode before. Not much changes from the first time but still a thrill to go for tourists or first-timer. Overall, facilities, utilities and etc are perfectly arranged and fine, but do train your workers to be able to spread joy to tourist and not too shabby about it. It'll be a huge turn off for tourists that would like it to have fun travelling. Bring joy, spread love. It ain't that hard, a simple smile would do. Just remember, there's no amount of regrets that could change the past and there's no amount of worrying that could change the future. So focus on the present. One Peace 🥰
