Ticket mentioned inclusion of round trip bus transport for which we denied entrance to the bus. We had to pay 10e for the bus for each way. Your customer service representative made me sure that bus tickets were included. Overall my experience was bad, definitely won't use headout..

I booked my tickets few hours before my entrance and when I arrived at the place tickets were still not available. I have to reschedule it for next day. Tickets should arrive straight away on my email like every ticket website does.
