The View At The Palm: General Entry Tickets

I loved all the experice before we went up to the top. The explanations and the stories was amazing. The view is incredible! Please improve the experience by using both elevators and not just one. We were waiting 40 minutes to go up and an hour to go down.

- Loved the views. - Hated the fact that the best view point is made chargable to take pics with the cost of 1 picture more than the price of entry tickets. Dubai govt should look into this robbery.

We took the Fastrack ticket to Level 52 and 54. There was a long queue which we skipped because of Fastrack. We even skipped the elevator line because of Fastrack. 54th floor is far better than 52nd floor. Worth the experience. There is no high glass between you and the view in 54th floor. Glass railing is just above your waist. Fast-track people were treated as VIP. Staff were great and helpful. Please reach before time as monorail takes a lot of time to come and reach the metro station.

Definitely a must visit place in Dubai for an incredible view of Palm Jumeirah. Apart from the stunning views, the ticketing experience from Headout was great as well and would definitely recommend the Fast Track because of really long queues and unobstructed views from Level 54.

I booked the ticket with fast track, which was awsome! They really cared about it. And the view... simply wow! Recommend to go early in the morning as otherwise it could get very crowdy.

The view from Palm Tower is awesome. Fortunately for us, the weather was pleasant and not at all hot even at 11 am. There was a bit of haze but that was ok. Ticket booking through Headout was very easy and a good experience.

It was very surprising all the previous audiovisual where they explained how the Palm Tree was built. Very well organized and we enjoyed the views at night.

Dubai never disappoints us. It's always an amazing experience wherever we visit the tourist attractions. I liked it and really enjoyed it ☺️.

Ticket scanning went fine, no queue and quick upstairs. Pity was a bit of the bad glass, which made it appear a bit worse visibility.

Mix up with getting access to tickets but helpful staff on site resolved the issue. Spectacular views so glad we visited The Palm *****

I loved visiting the View at the Palm! The ticketing process was smooth from head out and the advanced emails let me know exactly what to expect. The meeting place in the address unfortunately didn't line up with the destination but I ended up in the right place and got that all squared up. Otherwise, the experience was amazing! The next level is truly an amazing addition to the experience that gives you an open, 360 view! Most other tall building experiences keep you enclosed or behind glass that often makes pictures blurry. This wasn't the case! If you're wondering whether to book the regular experience or the skip the line and next level, book the latter! It's so worth it!

The view from the palm was amazing and it was very interesting to learn about the history how it was made and a young person had a dream which turned in to reality. Highly recommended if you visit Dubai

Wonderful experience. If you want to experience from 54th floor reach at top before 4 pm. Because prime hours are from 4.30 pm to 7 pm. During that time you can't visit 54th ffloor.

What an amazing experience. A little queuing, but that is expected as its a tourist attraction. We have enjoyed the whole experience.

Headout was our easy and secure way to discover possibilities for outings in Dubai and the purchase and delivery of the tickets easy. Jumeira Palm wax not very busy during our visit. That helped to make ot a good experience in spite of cloudy skies hiding the sunset from us

We wanted to go and experience day time and nighttime and the sun setting which we did.so made the experience great. It was quite misty but didn't detract from the time we spent and really enjoyed the info given and the light show

Wonderful experience, getting to know the history behind the palm and an excellent view of the palm. At the time we went there were no queues so was a very quick process to check in and go up the lift. A bonus was getting the tickets at a discounted offer 😉 and only bought them a few hours before we went.
