The view was amazing. There was missing information that it took so much time to get on the top. The staff started to show a presentation instead brought us to the top to enjoy sunset

They have to plan well in organizing the crowd, became very tired of crowd before reaching the top. Make sure u plan the visit on a clear sky day, as we r unable to see even Atlantis clearly from level 52. Like in level 54 they should arrange some view point in level 52 also so that we can see the view not through the glass.

the view is absolutelly amaizing but the queue for the elevator down more then 1,5hour itwas awful. You should use 2 elevators not only one if you sell so many ticktes.

A Stunning Experience at Palm Jumeirah I recently visited Palm Jumeirah, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. This man-made island is truly a marvel of modern engineering and offers some of the best views and experiences in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, the Dubai skyline, and the iconic Atlantis Hotel. The palm-shaped layout of the island is impressive, and the surrounding beaches are perfect for a relaxing day in the sun.

I loved all the experice before we went up to the top. The explanations and the stories was amazing. The view is incredible! Please improve the experience by using both elevators and not just one. We were waiting 40 minutes to go up and an hour to go down.

Worth every penny the fast track experience because otherwise we would have wasted at least an hour standing in line. The top floor is less crowded and you can take clearer pictures without other barriers. I recommend!

- Loved the views. - Hated the fact that the best view point is made chargable to take pics with the cost of 1 picture more than the price of entry tickets. Dubai govt should look into this robbery.

It was really good view towards Palm Jumeirah. Also, Burj Al Arab, Atlantis hotel. I would suggest to tourists to have this experience.

We took the Fastrack ticket to Level 52 and 54. There was a long queue which we skipped because of Fastrack. We even skipped the elevator line because of Fastrack. 54th floor is far better than 52nd floor. Worth the experience. There is no high glass between you and the view in 54th floor. Glass railing is just above your waist. Fast-track people were treated as VIP. Staff were great and helpful. Please reach before time as monorail takes a lot of time to come and reach the metro station.

Make sure you get there on time otherwise they won't let you in if you're late. We had an amazing time. The level 54 is absolutely worth it! Staff was really helpful too!

Fast track is must to do. You can skip long lines for multiple times, where people wait in crowded and hot room. Also 54th fl is highly recommended, you can truely enjoy the scene of palm with fresh breeze, without any blocker in front of you.

I had wrongly booked my ticket for the 6th instead of the 5th, there is a lady who did her best to change the booking for me and I was able go in on the 5th.

Definitely a must visit place in Dubai for an incredible view of Palm Jumeirah. Apart from the stunning views, the ticketing experience from Headout was great as well and would definitely recommend the Fast Track because of really long queues and unobstructed views from Level 54.

Great experience. The tickets arrived right away. The View is spectacular. From the top there is a view of the entire palm tree and most of the city.

Great views! Ticket service was excellent. We got some great photos of the view it was a good clear day. Not overly crowded and great service for photographs that you can pay for at the top.

I booked the ticket with fast track, which was awsome! They really cared about it. And the view... simply wow! Recommend to go early in the morning as otherwise it could get very crowdy.

The overall experience at 52 floor and video demos of palm Jumeirah construction were eye catching. Try visiting 54 floor as well to get 360 degree view
