Wieliczka Salt Mine Guided Tour with Hotel Transfers from Krakow

Our guide was very informative and amusing. Paid attention to the needs of the group and allowed time to observe and appreciate the mine experience.

Visiting the saltmine was really a unique experience and well worth a visit. The lady who guided us was very attentive and informative and she skillfully managed a small group of Polish speaking visitors along with the larger group of English speaking. Unfortunately the hotel transfer was not good. The point we were asked to go for pick up did not have any signage at all so very confusing. The driver turned up on time but she did not speak any English. When we arrived at the salt mine we were told to go and come back to a meeting point in 20 minutes. It was very unclear where we were to meet after the tour, so we walked back to the car park and found the driver there.

I had to split up our group after booking and the Customer Service reps I spoke to were really helpful and my request was met. Our van driver was terrific- he returned to pick up some of our group who went to the wrong pickup location. Our guide was lovely and knowledgeable. The mine was remarkable! Don't miss this when you visit Krakow!

From being picked up promptly and the journey to the saltmines,having the ticket and instructions of what to so ,everyone enjoyed it

The tour overall was interesting Our guide Marko had been humoresque , and knowledgeable The experience itself was a bit too crowdy, not everything was heard Only disadvantage that after visiting mines ,we hadn't free time to look for some souvenirs as our driver was waiting to get us back

Amazing and not to be missed. Tour Guide was very knowledgeable and obviously loved the Salt Mine. Whole experience with headout was brilliant, company kept us informed about the trip on a regular basis. I have used the company to book more trips in Kraków and also for our holiday in the summer. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to book trips.

Fabulous tour, with wonder guidance from Daria! Would highly recommend to others visiting the city. Short 30 min drive from the hotel pickup. Good minibus transfer. Great visit and experience.

Transport arrangements very good and nice driver. Knowledgeable English speaking guide who was friendly and approachable. Some lovely statues and liked the large room with chandeliers best.

Very cool place to have visited, and the guide was pleasant with a lot of knowledge. However the place was very crowded, and we had to rush through the entire thing because there were groups coming behind us and in front of us. The breaks for visiting the toilet or buying a snack was very short - only five minutes, so there was no time to both use the toilet and stand in line to buy anything to eat. Other than that a very interesting visit!

Very well organized tour, at a good pace. No issues with transfer pick up from our hotel. Amazing how far down we descended. Definitely not for anyone with mobility issues or claustrophobia. Thoroughly enjoyed this excursion!

Travel and ticketing was great. Experience was brilliant but felt we were rushed through the mine. We are advised the tour would be better about three hours when we arrived. We were at the exit within 2 hours.

Door to door service with a comfortable minibus. The salt mine itself is a wonder! It's not nature's forces but human hands formed those spaces we walked in, amazing! Human creativity is endless. Our guide in the mine was Victoria, a young lady. For a big group like that (30+ people) it was sometimes difficult to hear her. She was very quick in speaking, in moving as well, so she was not always waiting the end of the group.

It would be helpfull and a bit more personal if the driver or a guide gave some information about the plan (go where, time plan, how to get back to the bus etc - the entrence was different from the exit so we and others couldn't find the bus). Also we didn't visit the museum in the mine because we weren't sure if there was time for that. Different to hear the guide at the mine.

Very interesting tour, our guide Tomasz was great, knowledgeable and also funny, I would recommend the tour. It is warm in the mine, so no need for lot of layers of clothing

Mike was an amazing driver pointing out interests areas of Kracow before the mine. The mine is so beautiful our guide was incredibly passionate about the mine. Definitely worth the walk down the 800 steps

Driver was very good, picked us up from our hotel as we weren't sure where the pick up point was. Our guide at the mine was also excellent, very informative and humorous.

Superb experience, we took the shuttle transfer and frankly super. The shuttle picked us up in front of the hotel on time, and took us to the salt mine, fast, efficient and even for the return trip. The visit to the salt mine, which lasts about 1h30 under 130m, was great, with a French-speaking guide. Beautiful sculptures and fittings! I highly recommend it.

It was fine. Met my expectations but did not exceed them. A lot of walking that I was not aware of and long wait time . . Glad I went

The mines are very worthwhile! The timetables were met, the bus was comfortable and the experience was well worth the money!
