Great guided tour of Bran Castle. We had a super friendly tour guide who taught us the history behind the castle and Romania in general, truly an exquisite storyteller who even made us laugh on many occasions. We were in a small group with two canadians who were super pleasant to be around! Unfortunately I do not remember our guide's name(please excuse me) but just in case she reads this, I'd like to thank you for making our day and putting smiles on our faces on 15th June (tour started at noon)!! I wish all the best to you and your colleagues from Transyvlanian wonders!! A guided tour of the castle is really worth the price as there is little to no information regarding its history. All the best from Bulgaria to you beautiful people!!! :)

In our trip it was a destination that we had fixed to visit, it had been described as crowded, small, little to see and for us it was the opposite, we went early to take advantage of our vacation in other areas to leave and people accumulate later. They let you see practically the whole castle and the extra price (tunnel and t*rturamient*s) is not expensive at all and worth seeing and reading the history of each one. The outside is very nice and spacious and full of stalls and many cheaper than inside with the same products for sale....

The elevator going down to the exit! I think the tunnel should be a little more dark so people can feel a little bit about the great Dracula meth. The sounds was great but not scary enough to make people scream. Lol

I'm Fairly straightforward process, buying and collecting tickets. Collection point was maybe not particularly well signposted. Staff were rather neutral in their demeanour.

You pre-warned us clearly to not head to castle, but to go to the town ticket booth and swap our QR code for a paper copy. Read many reviews onlne complaining about losing an hour queueing at the castle gate only to find they had to head back to the township to get the paper copy. THANK you!

It was very well organised, from getting tickets to visiting the castle, lots of history to read and it was a great few hours spent.

Although we arrived late the girl gave us the tickets cmq very kind. The picturesque castle also had snow on it

**Review:** I want to share an important tip: online tickets don’t work for entry! After waiting in line for half an hour, I had to go back to the travel agency to get a printed ticket, which cost me almost an hour. So, make sure to bring a printed QR code! The castle itself is lovely, though it can get crowded especially during Halloween, which is understandable. The spooky stories added to the experience, and I highly recommend visiting. The gardens are beautiful, and you can even take a photo with Vlad on your way out. Enjoy your visit!

The overall experience was very good,the only thing that I'd say,was that it wasn't easy to get our tickets,due to the building where we had to collect our tickets from was hidden,but that is a very minor issue,but overall very good experience👍

The castle is impressive from the outside and the inner courtyard is beautiful but there were a lot of people and you could not stop to read or take pictures. We bought a ticket for a certain time and they made us go in before, there were a lot of people inside which did not make me enjoy it very much. It is spectacular but for the price you pay to go inside there should be a capacity control to enjoy quality.

Everything worked fine!! Actually we should go direct to the attraction using QRCode on cell phone instead have to pass by the store to pick up a físical ticket. It would be mauch better and convenient.

Good experience, friendly reception and prompt service. Only downside: lack of proper signaling of the location of the Office/Ticketing Office.

We were only a small group, which was very pleasant as the castle usually has small rooms. Very nice guide.
