Renata was our fantastic chaffeur to and from Krakow and made every effort to get is there safely and on time. Entrance lines were seemless. One recommendation is that the driver for the Salt Mine excursion (different to Renata), collects people from the actual exit of the Salt Mine and folks are not expected to find the parking lot (which is very confusing). Otherwise an awesome day spent, thank you!

We were supposed to go to Auschwitz and Wieliczka, but due to some issues on the organizer side, we only visited Auschwitz. We were promised a partial refund, but upon further questions when will it be processed, we haven't gotten any answers.
The Auschwitz tour guide,Jakub iirc, was very knowledgeable and nice though!

At birkenau we barely had time to get in, a brief explanation, and out we went. Twenty minutes, even less, compared to the one hour wait. The bus came by an hour earlier than expected precisely to avoid standing in line, which was an hour and a half in the cold on site anyway.

The main problem is that we visited the Salt mine first & Not Auschwitz/ Birkanau. by the time we reached Birkinau it was too dark to see anything. it would make more sense to visit the Salt mines later when darkness doesn't matter.

It was a very insgihtful and eyeopening trip/expereince.
However, the last minute changes to the travel itenirary could have been better, initially we were set to depart from Krakow at 9:00 AM, instead we were told to meet at 5:00 AM in the morning.
Sure we had a good trip, however the change of timings was very inconvinient.
