Upper or Lower Belvedere Palace Direct Entry Tickets

The was the most awesome tour. The Guide was so knowledgable!! She used the audio equipment so we could hear throughout the museum- this is a must to have a great tour experience.

We were impressed with the knowledge and expertise of our guide Sondra. She provided great historical context for the Upper level of the palace and had extensive knowledge of the art works displayed there. Ticketing was easy

Tickets were easy to purchase. Little uneasy as the guide did not show until we were almost at the start time of the tour but all good in the end. Great guide. Friendly and easy to understand

Karen provided an overview of the palace and Prince Eugene, along with the famous painters. Karen answered any questions and was very informative.

It has been a beautiful experience. A selection of works by different painters, exceptional. The setting, incomparable. Very well cared for. I did not like having to pay 5 euros for the audio guide, but it is worth it.

The exterior is very beautiful. We were lucky with the weather. Some of the period rooms were well preserved. As for the exhibits, we're not big on paintings, but we did enjoy the Gustave Klimt paintings.

If you come to Vienna you cannot miss a visit to Blevedere, I recommend buying tickets online, simple, safe and you avoid the queues.

The visit was to the upper and lower palace, the pictorial exhibitions are spectacular in both palaces. A real pleasure.

Beautiful experience at the Upper Belvedere Castle in Vienna, everything was perfect, buying tickets on headout was the best choice, as soon as we got to the castle we were inside in seconds. Highly recommended.

It was too much to be bothered about carrying the bag. While I had to leave my rucksack of a smaller size at the wardrobe, anothe woman brought inside a cross-body bag bigger than my rucksack. There's no such a rule in Schoenbrun which is full of antique artifacts, and here there are only paintings and limiting rope liners, so there's no danger of damaging anything. On top of that, nobody is checking the bags, so you can bring anything in, including hazardous objects.

I enjoyed our visit especially the Klimt artworks. The only drawback was that our tickets wouldn't allow us to enter until the exact time indicated. It would've been nice to enter within a 15 minute window.

Ticket purchase was easy. Entry to the Palace was quick and well organised. A great visit with amazing art. Can be very busy at weekends.

Everything very well organized, easy to understand the various entrance steps and excellent visit with the help of the audio guide. Also easy to purchase tickets via the headout app.

Favorite artist - Ferdinand Waldmuller. Awesome art with proportional absolutes, creative lighting and sincere compassion. Ticketing experience was perfect, easy to understand and accurate.

The upper venue was beautiful, but we were surprised to find it in a state of renovation. The lower venue was confusing to navigate, felt too short to explore fully, and we encountered issues with our tickets not working properly.

Very easy reservation process and reminders of the event. Easy access via public transportation. Beautiful even in winter, incredible art collection.

The Belvedere Upper very beautiful and distinctive, well-organized exhibition and environment. The Lower a little less so, set up purposely for modern exhibitions.

Excellent guide, Ana is passionate about art and so she has transmitted it to us, it has been a delight to have her as a guide, very friendly and professional. The Belvedere Museum is a must.

very fine exhibition in the Upper Belvedere, a little less so in the Lower Belvedere (although the Finnish painting exhibition was very interesting).
