As we arrived we were greeted with unpleasant front desks who gave us attitudes because we asked questions. They gave us the information for the support team and we did receive fast responses which were nice but they only offered me a 10 CHF refund when i paid 68$ per railway ticket and then $68 for the glider. So i needed ur basically paying for everything twice.

To be honest I did think it was an expensive trip being from the uk , but on reflection it was amazing , well worth it , the beer on the top was lively .

The activity is breathtaking but we were blessed with fabulous wetaher. The actual ride is incredible and the lake and dam along with the views at the top are incredible.
