Oskar Schindler's Factory Skip-the-Line Tickets

Showing wnentrz a person felt like he was there. A very powerful experience and your musuem showed it at the highest lever.

Our guide was excellent, giving us a really thorough and personal overview of the history of Krakow. I liked her sense of humour.

A great museum unfortunately our guide had to queue up again as didn't have enough tickets for us all. I felt he rushed through the whole tour and really didn't get any time to read the posters etc. However what made it worse was his attitude. He explained at the start that he was Polish but had lived most of his life in Australia...that made sense as his whole narrative was so laid back .comments like "life went on as normal for Polish people they just went to work as normal "...He didn't bring across the atrocity that happened during WW II at all.very disappointing

The visit was excellent and very thought provoking. The guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained everything very well with an excellent standard of English.

Excellent tour and gained so much from the tour guide who was fantastic. (didn't catch his name unfortunately) All the information was easy to understand and very well put together. The amount of knowledge showed by the guide was very impressive and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of going.

The guided tour was really interesting and provided a lot of information. The guide was excellent, and even though the tour was quite long, it didn’t feel that way because it kept us fully engaged throughout.

Everything from start to finish from the booking to confirmation to the organisation and the very knowledgeable guide. She was lovely. Would recommend to anyone.

The museum was very interesting and informative. It was incredible to think we were standing in Schindler's office, where so much history was made. Our guide, Wojciech Marchut, was on time, very friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable. All in all an excellent tour and well worth a visit, especially with such a great guide! Thank you.

Just being there, hearing about the history, the guide done very well. I think a bit more time to view would have been better, it seemed each display was a bit rushed

The museum was, as one might have expected- excellent. Our guide, we were a group of 25, was great. The size of our group, however; occasionally made it hard to hear about and see the exhibit he was currently describing.

Both exhibit and guide were very good. However the guide was difficult to hear even with the handed otut audio equipment, but also due to very crowded spaces.

Very happy we got the tour. I was worried for a minute that we weren't going to find out guide but it was easy. The guide was right there on time. Since the museum is small, meaning the rooms are small it was a bit crowded but the guide managed for us all to hear her well. Very interesting and without a guide it would be difficult to read it all and understand the magnitude of what happened there. She pointed out many small things but important. She also tod us about the ghetto wall and we walked there oursleves. It was the last minute decison the night before to book a tour and I am very happy we did.

The information from the tour guide was exceptional. But the group was too large, meaning the areas were too crowded and we had no time to experience the exhibits fully. Also, this is a MUSEUM not a tour of a factory and there is a lot of standing and listening. That said, it was very interesting, but we got the feeling that the museum was more interested in making money than delivering an immersive experience. Bit of a shame considering the moving and horrific history that could have been made more impactful. The information here was better than the holocaust camps so we are glad that we went.

The guide was passionate, and gave us a lot of information. I was particularly touched by his family history, which he agreed to share with the group.

I was disappointed not to see The Factory,,,, but our guide did explain to me why that wasn't possible.. Really I feel the tour was more about the history of Krakow than just about Schindler.. The highlight for me was seeing his desk & the part of the tour that was just about him.. There was a bit of a melee when we first arrived, not knowing where to wait or who our guide was & the anxiety of not being able to present our on line tickets, but our guide settled those worries & it was apparent that every body who booked on line had the same problem.. I think this could be explained better at the point of booking..

The exhibition was impressive , but as a Jewish family, with sad history of many of our family that were murdered by the Natzies, we expected to hear and see more and deeply about the factory itself and the life savings by dear Mr. Schindler.

The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. Also beat the queue tickets was the reason why we booked with you as we were on a tight schedule.

The visit was great! I learn more about the history and specially for Krakow's history at the world war II. I found it very interesting. I only wish that there were more time to explore the museum.

Extremely busy visit to Schindler's Factory. First class and fascinating commentary from our guide. Spoilt by others groups failing to hold back during descriptions of events and by unaccompanied individuals generally just ambling through the museum. I would recommend researching quiet times if wishing to visit this important historical site.

I was expecting to see more about Oscar Schindler's factory. It is called Oscar Schindlers factory, it was very informative but I little misleading as it was more about the war than the title of the museum. I would not have gone had I realised.
