Hello, we had booked a guided tour of the cathedral in French as the language is available on the site. We had an appointment at 11am and when we got there, it was impossible to find our guide. We were told we had to wait until 11:30 before our visit. So the time given was already not respected. When we arrived at 11.30am, there was still no sign of our guide. Fortunately, a lady from the company spoke a little French, as she informed us that the tour could only be taken in German or English. So we followed this lady, who basically wasn't our guide - ours was always a no-show. We'd like to thank her for trying to explain as much as possible in French, so that we could follow the tour. We were rather disappointed with the organization, as the time was not respected and they offered French, but in reality there was no guide who spoke it.

Dreadful!! Arrived close to cathedral entrance no guide turned up no English speaking guide. No sign of anyone. The guards at the cathedral had never heard of headcount and didn't recognise our ticket. In the end they allowed us in due to sympathy so we wandered around the cathedral alone. Paid 49 euros what an absolute scam DO Not BUY THESE TICKETS

Guida simpatica e gentile. L'abbiamo trovata facilmente. Dal sito non avevo compreso che la guida fosse solo in inglese. Una cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è il non avere due lingue in contemporanea.

Very goos exprecience and Inma the tourist guide was very nice

We couldn't go on our tour because the guide did not acknowledge our tickets saying that they were not payd but we appered on his list of tourist and the money was taken from our card. We did ask headout for our money back. We are waiting for a refound. This experience caused a lot of disconfort in our honeymoon and hope to get our money back.
