I arrived two hours before closing time and there was hardly anyone there, which made my visit easier. The exhibition is very interesting, although I didn't use the audiovisual.

The museum was quite small, but the big advantage was that you could see how the machine works just by moving them. Also holograms was nice and helped understand the concepts and ideas of Leonardo da Vinci.

Our guide was very knowledgeable, she passionately told us the history of the exhibits in the Vatican Museum. I would recommend skip the line ticket.

The issue I had was, having come across the leonardo museum in the Piazza de Popolo, I clicked on the link on Google Maps which allows you to buy tickets. Clicking on the Tourscanner link it had Headout as one of the option with what seemed to be very good prices. It bought the tickets but upon attending the exhibition entrance found that the tickets were for a different exhibition a fair distance away across the city. This may of course be an issue with Tourscanner rather than Headout but it was irritating nonetheless. Perhaps this is something you could take up with them.

The museum has a family ticket 25 euro, such online ticket was not available. Beside this i arrived first on the another Leonardo museum. There are some of them in the city.

Beautiful exhibition, fluid tour. Friendly welcome. The only downside was that someone from the museum came to close the toilets as we were arriving. It would have been nice to have been able to stock up on fresh water before we left.

Good tour with audio guides. But there are several places, we went to one but it was at the other.....lack of precision on the ticket and on the site. On the other hand, there weren't many people, so why give us the 9:30 am slot?

Nice exhibition, lots of machines that you can actually touch and try for yourself. The audio guide is fine addition and the 6 rooms with about 5 minutes od audio each is just right amount of time. The last exhibition room is bit lacky. 9 of 10 stars from us.

The exhibits were marvellous and allow the viewer a little insight to the thinking of the man. It wasn't full so there was time to examine the works. This was more enjoyable than the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and Basilica of Peter combined.

The museum was good, but could be better. The audio tour needs to have better structure that goes along with specific exibits. I suggest a numbering system on each exibit that can be followed with the audio. I felt a little lost when going through the rooms and had to find the exibit the audio was speaking about. Confusing at first, but in the end it was still a good tour. We also had a little trouble finding the place using the "Where To Go?" link in the email. That link brings you to longitude and latitude coordinates that are wrong. 41°53'49.2"N 12°28'19.2"E 41.897000, 12.472000. Around the corner by the museum, but wrong. Also a bit confusing when walking into the courtyard of the musem. There was what looked like a ticket office as soon as you enter the courtyard, but the actual ticket office and entrance to the musem is accross the courtyard on the other side.
