Dover Castle Tickets

great museum, interesting history, live actors, well organized, enough parking space, just got our wristbands and off we went

Easy to order tickets and retrieve them! There is so much to see and do at Dover Castle, and there is lots of walking involved! Great museum quality, fascinating information and historical videos, and the NAAFI cafe had excellent food. The signage was very helpful and the maps were detailed and easy to read.

Loved the 2 guided tours and going around the inside of the castle and the surrounding grounds. Also the views are amazing so high up.

It would be good to provide very specific instructions on how to acquire transport and directions to the Castle. We were wondering around town trying to learn the bus routes etc. Which made us late for our castle time. Dover is not very set up for its tourists, so any help would be beneficial. Both of our phones were useless to us there as there seems to be a problem with the mobile networks there. So once we left the train wifi we were unable to use Google for help. Lol Dover has a lot of ground to make up in the tourism sector unfortunately. Other than this we had a splendid time.

It was gorgeous, and there was so much to learn. There is a lot included in the cost, and we spent around four hours exploring.

Living near Dover I have been a few times but the friends I took like me think it's amazing there's so much to see and booking the tickets on line is so easy
