The tour was pleasant, but what was advertised was a panoramic train ride and that didn't happen. We used an ordinary train from Grindelwald to Interlaken, where some people were left standing.
On arrival at the station in Interkaken, the route was long and people were not given a map to get back to the bus parking lot. This caused a lot of stress.

Fantastic experience overall! The hospitality of the hosts (Ambi, Manuel) was lovely along with everything that came with this! I'd definitely recommend this!

It was spectacular, beautiful views and everything was on time. We loved it and would definitely go back with them on our next trip. Our guide was very friendly and helpful
