It is true that you have to read everything before buying the ticket but it is very misleading your site...... I tried to buy the ticket for the Passetto dei Papi but I ended up with a normal skip the line ticket and NOT the Passetto dei Papi!!!! The ticket can only be purchased on Coop Cultura site. Be wary of all others!!!!!!

Audioguide It was not indicated that it would be downloadable to the cell phone. We did have headphones, but the jack was for the traditional audio guide, not for the phone. This required an internet connection, and not everyone has the right package. Time-consuming procedures, ticket collection point not indicated, unclear booking information. However, the girl who finally took charge was competent. Difficult to manage the photo application. Little historical explanation. Problems managing stages.

The castle was interesting. Too bad the ticket person was not wearing the uniform to identify her clearly. So waited 45 minutes until we realized who she was. Could not connect to WiFi audio well

I had to go and find a representative to exchange my digital ticket for a pfd. Then I had to queue up and exchange the pdf for a physical ticket. Also, the Audioguide didn't work

Incorrect information. Person to meet was not present. Received tickets about 1 hour before scheduled 1pm arrival with "a guide", who didn't exist. Had to download an app at the last minute to "hear" a recording, when it really sounded like a guide... An unpleasant experience, compared to all the others we've had in Rome...

The person was not there and we had trouble pulling up the app. Waited at the designated spot for over an hour. Two other agencies were there. Said the head out person had gone to lunch. A girl with another company helped me pull up the tickets but we had no access to the audio. I feel we are due a full refund.

We really enjoyed our visit. The site and structure were very interesting and the views of Rome and the Vatican were impressive. The audio guide was helpful but could be organized in a way that is more helpful to the user experience. It takes a moment to figure out what order you are supposed to listen to the audio.

It easy to purchasing tickets, easy to entry. The castle was great to walk through with signs telling you which way to go. The views at the top are amazing.
