We really enjoyed our visit. The site and structure were very interesting and the views of Rome and the Vatican were impressive. The audio guide was helpful but could be organized in a way that is more helpful to the user experience. It takes a moment to figure out what order you are supposed to listen to the audio.

The representative was efficient and the tickets and audio were dispursed efficiently The tour is very informative and the views are truly breathtaking

It easy to purchasing tickets, easy to entry. The castle was great to walk through with signs telling you which way to go. The views at the top are amazing.

Site is spectacular! Ticketing was easy. Only comment is that if I had known I needed to download the audio app I could have been more prepared.

The audio guide was very intuitive and worked great. Also the person who was waiting for us to give us the ticket, very friendly.

It was great. Love the experience wish there was a little more comentry around the Palace. But the Palace was absolutely gorgeous.

The castle is amazing and on the terrace there is a bar for drinking and eating that has a sunny view of the whole of Rome.

Audioguide It was not indicated that it would be downloadable to the cell phone. We did have headphones, but the jack was for the traditional audio guide, not for the phone. This required an internet connection, and not everyone has the right package. Time-consuming procedures, ticket collection point not indicated, unclear booking information. However, the girl who finally took charge was competent. Difficult to manage the photo application. Little historical explanation. Problems managing stages.

The castle was interesting. Too bad the ticket person was not wearing the uniform to identify her clearly. So waited 45 minutes until we realized who she was. Could not connect to WiFi audio well

Everything as described. The audio guide is an app - could have gone into more detail about the history here and there It was more along the lines of "Americans, quick, quick"

The building is amazing and the history was amazing. I loved the views. The audio was difficult to follow at times and the groups esp their leaders were extremely obstructive.

The check in was organized and easy to find. We loved the Castle and was pleasantly surprised how amazing it was along with the history. The views were incredible. Easy to find my way around. Clean and enough toilets. Will recommend. Grazie

the richness of the well-preserved site on the negative side: you have to download the audio guide onto your mobile phone, which I couldn't do due to the size of the file. Fortunately, I was able to share the headphones with the person accompanying me, as it was very interesting. You should have an audio guide system that's independent of the mobile phone, for people like me who can't download your application.

The inconvenience for us is that the guide not only did not offer us the wifi to download the application and the audio guide, she directly denied us the wifi. We asked her if she could offer it to us since in the description WIFI SERVICE IS OFFERED FOR DOWNLOADING to which the guide said No, there is none.

Easy to meet the rep but we thought we'd get free WiFi to download map. Didn't happen and the audio didn't work when we were in venue so we didn't really have all the facts etc

I had trouble getting from place to place and syncing the audio to the place I was at. Plus wasn'. I don't think I got the map to work correctly and maybe that contributed to the problem. Otherwise, the commentary was interesting and informative.

Great to go at your own pace, good exercise, fantastic views from top of castle Difficult to find the person to get tickets from for entry with voucher. A number of other people for other companies at same, did not have orange umbrella up, but saw it laying on pavement.
