Combo: Tickets to Burj Khalifa At The Top + Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo

It is amazing how this Burj Khalifa was thought of, designed and realized! It is a wonder of the world! The excitement you feel when you visit it, cannot be expressed in words! I dare you to book a visit to feel the emotions for yourself!

Very easy entry process and very nice staff. The line was a little confusing when a separate line started going through before us when we had been waiting. I'm not sure if the was some kind of express line but it would have been good to have that marked somehow so we weren't confused.

A true splendor to look at the surroundings from the tallest building in the world, in the evening around 9 pm, when everything is illuminated, the buildings, the cars, the streets, the ships, the Fountain!

The speed of the elevator ride. But it took over 45 minutes to get to the elevator. It was a cloudy day and the visibility was suboptimal.

The views from Burj Khalifa and the aquarium experience were nice. If the gift shop from the top doesn't have your size or what you like, wait until you leave to find more gift options and sizes.

The overall experience was perfect and we met very nice employees in both Burj Khalifa and aquarium. Very hospitable. The view was perfect and the aquariums beautiful.

Everything was amazing from being on top of the world to shopping in the mall to sealife and underwater zoo. Amazing experience and will use the app on my return visit.

First of all because of the online booking I does not have to wait in any q in aquarium and it was so much fun in aquarium micro also like it so much we have a great time in aquarium and the view from the Burj Khalifa is also so beautiful but the waiting lying was so tired almost I think I have wait for one and half hour I think the waiting time is too much they should fix the waiting time or do something about it because the waiting time is too long all the people are so tired that they sit on the floor + 1 more thing that before anything link but when I am downloading the picture they have given a claim Codeon that coupon which is showing invalid at the time of download

It was totally overcrowded at the Burj Kalifa - waited 45 minutes in the queue. Why do you book a time slot if it so poorly managed. Spectacular views, but disappointing with the long queues

Everything was ok, except one thing. When I bought the ticket it was written 20AED free voucher in the gift shop of the Aquarium. When we get to the shop, before choosing anything we asked for sure if it is included in our ticket, and they said yes. Than the children selected some items, and we went to the cashier, where they said our ticket does not include this. So it was a bad experience for us. We were searching for the info on the paper ticket what they give us at the entrance counter, but there was really no word about that on the paper ticket. And also when I went to the e-mail confirmation, there was no pdf file. Only the " view in the app" button. So i could not show them the PDF what they were asking for at the cashiers.

It was a very simple, seamless procedure. Everything happened so easily online and we did not face the slightest inconvenience while at the location either! Highly recommend using Headout :D

World is moving towards digital, in Dubai all counters expected physical copy of the ticket, interaction with support team was not satisfactory, they were rude.

Great man in the aquarium tunnel told us interesting facts and assisted to make good photos. Both Burj Khalifa and aquarium are worth visiting.
