The aquarium is a must see when in Dubai. The zoo that is as well part of the visit is perfect too! If you want to see something special, come to the aquarium in the afternoon hours, around 3pm, there is marmaids having a show in the aquarium... The staff at the aquarium are always happy to reply to questions and are very nice, knowledge and outgoing!

It was by far one of the most charming place I visited in Dubai. Of course, Burj Khalifa is at the top of my preference, but the frame is next to it.

The experience was fantastic. Best place whether you are alone, couple or family. Start from 4th floor, take the lift and go down till the basement. I would like to note that the price is bit too much for the size of the place but again this just be me coming from middle class. Oh one more thing, car parking is on the opposite side. Park in shopping mall basement. 1hr. Parking is free but you can extend it to 3hrs. from the security guard at the exit of Green Planet. Happy trip!

The Dubai frame was amazing no complaints ..but the glow garden was a bit disappointing ..as i was made to walk a long distance from back end of the park to entrance..just to scan the ticket !

Dubai Frame was a great experience and a must for everyone visit Dubai. Ticketing with headout was good, can skip all ticket counters lines .

Hi, Your service is authentic and convenient to travellers like us. We enjoyed all .But still I suggest , In under water zoo and Acqurium nothing is very special than the creation, the marine technology and spacing of all in one place like boating , diving etc ., ( for experience ) and the price is high for small experience there . Where as the Marine life and the collection of zoo animals are more in other places of the world. Dubai frame is worth watching and a thrill

I booked tickets for whole family and price was cheaper than in an official website, and also they gave discount for the second purchase, so it was pleasant gift for me.

The experience was awesome. No standing in queue to book tickets was excellent as we visited Dubai frame during the peak national day holidays.

Excellent experience! The aquarium is beautiful, but it needs to be done together with Zoo Water! Lots of attractions, different species and information!

I went with year old daughter, as expected she was so happy looking at different fishes especially she enjoyed penguin. A fun loving outing for the family

Ticketing experience was good but as per your mail ticket will receive after 30 minutes but tickets received after 4 hours. This delay in getting tickets my plan got changed finally.

An amazing place to see, no issue with tickets straight in upon arrival, if you are a female remember to have your shoulders covered.

We had the most incredible desert safari experience, all thanks to Fahad! His energy, expertise, and warm personality made the adventure unforgettable. From the thrilling dune bashing to the serene camel ride, Fahad made sure every moment was fun and safe. He also clicked some amazing photos for us, capturing the beauty of the desert perfectly. Despite a few last-minute requests, Fahad happily accommodated everything with a smile. He was knowledgeable about the desert, super attentive to everyone’s needs, and had a great sense of humor that kept us entertained throughout. The Combo of the 2 is top. The view from the frame is worth it and the aquarium incredible the number of different species of animals.

A very nice experience. Mohammed who was with us throughout the journey was not only doing his job but made us feel welcome, appreciated, always a smile and joking around. He was more like a friend than a tour guide. Perfect!!!

We liked the aquarium and the zoo. Also we benefited from the 20 AED discount at the gift shop. The information about this discount was somehow unclear, because at some point it said that the discount should be used at the aquarium's restaurant, not the gift shop.

While I enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame, I was quite disappointed with the limited visibility from the top. The walls significantly obstruct the panoramic view. It would be amazing if future design modifications could prioritize clear viewing panels to truly showcase the beauty of Dubai.

Ticketing experience overall was excellent. The mall and underwater museum were also excellent. The Burj Khalifa was very disappointing. Endless waiting and lines. Paid premium for sunset and missed it completely. This should have mentioned. Desert Safari was excellent.
