We really liked that we skipped the line. We quickly found where they give out headphones for the audio guide. Very interesting and useful text, we listened to it several times. The Pantheon is amazing. We didn't like that we had to go to the office for a voucher, which we found out about at the last minute. We ran to look for the office along the tangled streets. If we had realized this when we bought the ticket, we would have come for the voucher the day before.

Head out app was easy to use to book and reschedule the time off our visit with immediate email confirmation. The oh my guide shop was easy to find.

Very streamlined process, agent location and punctuality excellent. The payment process was secure. The visit was simply stunning, one of the best museums in the world, exceptional pieces.

Audio experience is the way to go. You can experience at your own pace and the history is creatively delivered. The exterior is breath taking but the interior is worth your time and money. Give yourself enough time to pickup your tickets at the alternate location designated in a different area nearby. No bathroom indoors so do your business before entering the building. Enjoy!

Good, because Rome is a special city! Long queues without any organization take away some of the splendour of the places visited!!! Even if you have tickets in print or on your cell phone, exchanging them for new ones is annoying!!! However, we left Rome enchanted but with stories to tell!!!

The audio guide was excellent, it has images and music to immerse you in history. We only had trouble finding the place to change the ticket, pay attention to that.

The visit was great! Elena who was our guide explained everything very well, it is worth going with a guide to live the experience at Full. A pity that "la piedad" was under restoration until November, we will have to come back.... 😉

We did not know much about the Pantheon before our visit but we opted to do the audio guide which was 100% worth it, fully explained each section of the building and was very interesting as well as easy to use! You have to leave your ID as a guarantee you return the audio guides as they are phones provided at the location. We would highly recommend! Great service through Headout as well, no issues and easy to collect tickets from identifiable collection point!

The Pantheon is impressive and booking with Headout was easy and very convenient. The only thing to note is that you have to realize that you have to go to a specific tourist office to get the paper tickets. With the ones from the app on your mobile you don't get in.

Everything went smoothly and fairly quick. Just know you have to stop at another place near the Pantheon to get your proper tickets. Lots of shops around for lunch /dinner or even just a coffee or drink.

We had tried to purchase tickets at the Pantheon but had issues with the machine. So we did this.. so glad we did! Easy to access the tickets and walked right in. Once inside the headphones and audio were easily acquired. They provided great information about the history and contents of the amazing Pantheon.

Wonderful, with a booking you don't have to stay in the line. Audio guide makes the difference, I 've been there other times, but without audio guide. It's a completely different experience

We collected the tickets somewhere that was about 10mins away which we thought was odd but actually it saves you queuing near the pantheon. We collected the tickets about 1.30pm for a 3pm slot which was handy as then we strolled to the pantheon and had a drink before heading over. We went to the middle queue at about 2.30pm but they didn't have a problem with us being early and they let us in. Queues are clearly signed. We went to get the audio guide on the left of the pantheon inside. I had to deposit my passport as they give you an iPhone and earphones to listen to the guide. If I hadn't have got the audio guide I think it wouldn't have been as interesting so I'm glad we did get it. It was quite long. We were there about 45mins. The guide was good as it gave a little bit of history and had a bit of humour to it. The pantheon itself isn't large, one big done really. Don't forget to cover shoulders and knees although it's not as strict as the duomo in Florence. The pantheon is also good because in the same area there is also the trevi and Spanish steps so we managed to see those as well. To hand the audio guides back we went to the same place within the pantheon. There was a bit of a queue to hand them back but only about 5-10mins. All in all a good experience.

The visit was impressive. It transports you to the time of the Roman Empire just by being there, in the center looking at the ceiling and its dome. Recommended 100%.

Amazing can't wait to come back

We weren't rushed, could sit down for a while,(which is unusual in Italy) and the information was very interesting.

Such a great time. Lots of people and the museum was exceptinal. Great food around there also.

Impressive monument, good information provided. My 14 years daughter enjoyed the story.
