Uffizi Entry & Brunelleschi’s Dome Tickets

The architecture of the museum itself and the art of course :) It was really crowded, though..... So many people want to see the beauty!!!! :)

it was important to already have the tickets because otherwise there is a long queue and it is not the same place where you buy the tickets as where you enter.

This experience was good in the sense of seeing the beautiful Florence cathedral and climbing the duomo and bell tower. Just lovely views! But beware this experience is NOT for those with a fear of hights or tight spaces. We had issues at the venue as there were many entrances and staff were unhelpful in finding the correct entrance, so we waited outside in the rain for 20 mins in the wrong line only to move to another line.

After initial problems with orientation, some things were solved after consultation with the staff. Please make it clear when booking that the timesöot is intended for visiting the dome.

Instructions to claim our ticket from the voucher provided and directions to the ticket exchange booth were right on! Gallery was amazing with many artifacts and a very interesting musical instrument room!

We could not use the tickets to Uffizi, they start in May 8 at 10,30 instead of 8 and was not possible to wait in 1 km queu. Horrible orgenization of Uffizi staff..

I went to see Birth of Venus, (which was fantastic,) but the other works held at the Uffuzi were also quite stunning, espicailly Caravaggio's Medusa.

It's really beautiful to go back to Florence again. This is also my first time to buy digital tickets. Download the PDF file in advance, which is convenient to check and enjoy. It's really very convenient. I highly recommend you to buy it. Next time I will still buy travel tickets through this platform.

I received an email from Headout stating that my meeting point for the ticket changed and it gave me a new addrress. I went to the new address 15 mintues before my appointment time. The new address, however, was the museum. I assumed that I was supposed to meet at the museum and then we'd be guided to the duomo from there. However, that was not the case. So when we eventually went to the duomo on our own, we were told we were late. Fortunately, the gentleman was gracious and let us in after I explained the situation. The ticket instructions were also unclear, as it states that the ticket is valid for 3 days. The ticket should be more clear and state that it's only valid for 3 days for 4 of the 5 attractions, not including the duomo. The entry and exit time listed on the ticket should state that that's the entry and exit time for the duomo. Nowhere does it state that. I only learned that after the fact.

It was awesome to be able to climb the dome! The cathedral is a free experience. We found that it was a struggle to get all three experiences in, that we paid for, in an hour due to the lines. So we only got to enjoy the dome walk. Still a breathtaking experience!

Having timed tickets was helpful although the huge number of people admitted at the scheduled time did not enhance the viewing experience. The next time I visit Florence to see the art, I will go n winter when, hopefully, there will be fewer visitors.

I have always wanted to see the Giotto, Masaccio and Botticellis in person. It was wonderful but the crowds were too much.

Muy buena experiencia! Muy recomendable! Se hacen las colas a la hora que corresponde la subida a la cupula. Para el resto de zonas hay que hacer una cola pero fue corta. Si no reservas no podrás subir!

The entire service was amazing! Everything on time and uncomplicated. Very well organised. The ticket is definiteley worth the price! So many attrictions for only 30.- Would definiteley recommand it.

Having the ticket easily available on the app, even thoigh my phone was offline, made the process very smooth. The exhibtion was amazing.

Il ne faut pas avoir le vertige, ni peur d'avoir à monter des escaliers pour monter au Duomo !!! Pensez à réserver votre ascension au dôme bien avant de partir, c'est tout le temps plein. Très belle expérience qui en met plein des yeux. Nous recommandons Headout ! Tout s'est bien passé dans le timing annoncé

The art made it an exceptional visit. I wish I had more time and will be back in the future. I bought many great souvenirs from the gift shop as well!

There is no order to follow nor is it clear where the museum is .... so we missed that and the baptistery. When we arrived we didn't even know what the baptistery was....

An incredible view from the top of the Dome! Not too much of a wait to get in. On the other hand, we would have had to queue again to enter the cathedral, lame!!!!
