I had an amazing experience on our tour of Prague, thanks to our fantastic guide, Elis. Her extensive knowledge of the city's history and culture truly brought the sights to life. Not only was she incredibly informative, but her charming personality made the tour even more enjoyable. Elis created a warm and engaging atmosphere, making everyone feel welcome. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to explore Prague!

Ross was our tour guide and he's one of the best I’ve had on any tour! We wore headsets so we were able to hear him well and he gave us so much historical information along the entire tour. We started our tour at the Charles Bridge and saw and learned so much before we even got to the castle. We saw the changing of the guards and a few highlights on the castle grounds and were given a pass to tour some of the interior buildings on our own(although some in our group continued into a second tour including a river cruise...my ticket ended afterr 2.5 hrs at the castle) and I purchased an additional ticket at the castle to climb the tower which was well worth the view! Even in the rain this was an excellent tour!

There was no audio guide. With a group walking and guide talking the ones toward the back missed out on a lot of the dialogue. Not everyone travels at the same speed. I feel as if the tour was not as good because we missed so much of the guides information.

Lt. Ticketbeschreibung war die Tour für die Außenanlagen der Burg inkl. Besichtung Goldenes Gässchen, Veitsdom, etc. Die Tour führte allerdings auf Umwegen zur Burg, wo wir nach den 2h die Zutrittstickets bekamen, welche wir dann nicht mehr einlösen konnten, da wir keine Zeit mehr hatten. Guide war gut informiert, konnte die Tour auch nicht ändern. Da die Gruppe aus drei verschiedenen Touren 2h, 4h und 6h zusammengesetzt war. Außerdem war die Gruppengröße mit über 30 Personen viel zu viel. Würde die Tour nicht mehr buchen. Die Beschreibung der Tour ist völlig falsch. Müsste stehen 2h und anschließend können Sie mit dem Ticket noch die Sehenswürdigkeiten betreten.
