A visit to the palace on Christmas Eve is a wonderful fairy tale with the participation of royal persons and their personal items and belongings!
This visit was given to me by the headout service!
Thank you!

We got plenty of explanations with the audio guide. It was great to visit a palace so well preserved and rich in history especially the young Victoria .

Headout made purchasing tickets simple!
We used them for a show, and Kensington Palace.
We were very happy with how easy and seamless the process was.

It is VAST. Very likely the most informative and educational outdoors trip in London and around and likely one of the best botanical experiences if not the best. The primary reason is the plants and exhibits have excellent stories and descriptions suitable for an expert à newbie or even a kid. The must watch is the Princess of Wales observatory for amazing switch in the maintained weather conditions as you move through the room and probably the most recent of the setups. The kitchen gardens also shouldn't be missed although both come at the end of the standard kew highlights walk if you were to follow that. Of do plan to spend enough time in the glass houses as there is some amount of walk between the key points and overall the cover most of the park. A full day would be necessary and possibly not sufficient to cover all primary spots unless you plan the order of tour, walking time and keep enough time for all. It has definitely got some great spots for kids but the walking around could be tiring. It has an excellent children park in the middle but including that can take a up a lot of time too. Most plant exhibits will close by 3pm unless it's the summer time I think so plan accordingly and start early.

I liked everything, the environment, the furnishings, the explanations, the friendliness of the guide, the clarity of the rules, the security system, the speed of the checks.

It was a beautiful place with so much to see and explore. The little train is a great way to get around. Lots of lovely places to eat or just get a drink. Thoroughly recommend.

The most beautiful botanical garden!
Exceptional for its beautiful old trees, its facilities, its large glass roof, the children's playground!
And what's more, the dish of the day at the restaurant was delicious.

The whole premises are impressive, seeing the throne and intimate spaces of the king and queen, knowing about the staff working in the palace, but particularly Princess Diana's sculpture, it made some justice to her, I was happy to see her in that garden. Thank you!

My ticketing experience was brilliant. A received a whatsapp immediately.
I throughly enjoyed the palace walk around with the headphones. But the whole experience was fantastic, the gardens were beautiful. I wish though, the people created up after their animals. Or someone was there to do this.

The tour was great, the only thing we missed was an option to choose czech language on the multimedia guide or at least a version with captions for people that are hard of hearing.

It was a quiet and a lovely garden, beautiful flowers and their aroma. The botanical garden was good too. If you are a nature lover then it's a must go.

It was my second time to visit but the first one with my friend was during the COVID pandemic so most entries inside were closed including some snack bars.
I was with my husband yesterday and we enjoyed it much: lush green, well-manicured array of plants species, fresh air to breathe, convenient and clean toilets, nice food and refreshments.
Glitch was no one cared about cleaning the stained dirty food trays and there were no clean plates to put the salad, please do something about it.
We have mobility issues and have only gone to about 3-4 sites so we will definitely come back.

The history behind the rooms, clothes and items. But there isn't a space dedicate to Diana inside the catle, it is a pit as she represented an importante part of the monarchy history.
