We took our appetizers for lunch. Hardly anyone in line, which was not the case around 2pm. We took a tour without an audioguide. The interior of the abbey is magnificent, with a wealth of sculptures. We also enjoyed the various small gardens. My 10-year-old son really enjoyed it.

It was a good experience skipping the queue. Myname wasn't on the list though but it was resolved easy. The audio guide was very clear and sectioned off. Very beautiful the rich artifacts and historical significance of the building.

The certainty that we had tickets for the chosen day. I didn't know that we had to bring them printed, we had to send an email to have them printed there.

It was very good, the abbey is a charming place and the Tower of London is one of the not so well known but spectacular treasures.

An absolute amazing place. 1st vist, but won't be our last. We were there over 3hrs and could have stayed longer, but our feet just wouldn't let us.

It was simple. We purchased the tickets online and showed up at the suggested time. Entered and received our audio player and enjoyed the Abbey at our own pace.

Bought tickets in Germany online at Headout, printed them out, took them with me....everything went smoothly. Waiting time in the queue still acceptable.

Hello, Following the booking of our tickets for Westminster Abbey, I recommend the experience. It remains a mythical London landmark. I advise you to book in advance. Despite an expensive ticket, I think this is a must-do experience when visiting London. Please note that the audio guide is available and included in the booking. Very good memories

We enjoyed this visit, with no waiting at the reception desk, a very entertaining audio guide, a view from the dome, and a snack in the crypt.

Great day out at St Paul's Picked up the tickets inside St Paul's cathedral You need at least two to three hours see and explore all of this London landmark the crypt was a big surprise A lot to see Well worth the price ,the golden tower was the highlight though amazing views across the city

Very good expereince. Able to enter the cathedral with a short wait. You will have to get a printed copy of the voucher. However the cathedral is able to print out the copy for you at the reception.

London is a city that never ceases to amaze you, at home there is something to see, it is important to wear comfortable shoes and coats at this time of the year.

The Abbey is very interesting, one should give oneself time to be able to tour it at leisure. I had my doubts when I booked with headout for the first time, but I had no problems with the booking or the payment, they really earned my trust.

The attraction was a fantastic experience, the displays and tour guides were informative, great language choices including Polish, which is hard to get at some places, I would recommend this tour.

it was a very good and reliable purchase, I could enter without any difficulty to Westminster Abbey, amazing what is inside the abbey, the impressive construction and all the protocol that exists around these historical monuments, it is amazing what you see in this place, a history of many hundreds of years of all the kings who have passed through England, it is impressive from my point of view.

St. Paul's Cathedral was a wonderful experience. A great place to visit and learn it history. However, we had to provide a paper ticket. As tourist we don't carry a printer with us. Fortunately the customer service at the Cathedral was able to help us. There should be an easier way such as providing a electronic pass

The architecture and beauty of the place were truly impressive. My friend and I had absolutely no regrets about our visit. Everything was great, despite the crowds. However, I would have liked the audio guide to have been more complete in its explanations. Too short for my taste.

Having chosen the first time slot to enter Westminster Abbey was the best idea as being Summer and school holidays in London it was very busy. Being first group of people in building made it less crowded & better for viewing the premises.

We paid to enter expecting to walk around on our own, we were stopped at the door and asked, Do you want a free guided tour? Little did we know that it would take us to areas that you wouldn't normally be able to access. John, our guide, was amazing, very knowledgeable, very entertaining and loved every minute of it!
