Tickets to Roman Pantheon with Audio Guide

The experience met my expectations amd did make it much easier to enter the venue however the collection of the ticket first was way beyond a bad experience the lack of signage made it very hard to find and stressful

We enjoyed our time at the amazing Pantheon. We were so happ to get tickets online and then just go pick up. We even enjoyed our walk tot he Pantheon. The audio provided rich details that enhanced the experience

I recommend that you take the audioguides so that you can enjoy your visit and learn more about this monument. Without the audioguides, our visit would have been shorter and less interesting.

Our vouchers were easy to redeem and the headsets/ipods for the listening tour were easy to get. Lots of information about the site and easy to understand what areas you are learning about

We had to pick up our ticket 15 minutes from the monument, which wasn't much of a problem. However, when we arrived at the Pantheon, the queue for "skip the line" tickets was ten times longer than the queue at the on-site ticket office. Still, it was pretty quick. Finally, despite the queue cutter, we had to wait over thirty minutes to collect the audio guides, as there is no queue cutter for this. We think it would be more appropriate for the audioguide to be handed out at the same time as the entrance ticket.

The attraction was superb...we went at once inside the Pantheon with the tickets...but it was hard to find the redemption point...

Upon arrival i was told that my ticket was just a voucher and had to walk another 10min away to get my ticket then on my return i had to que again to get in when we eventually got in the guide was a stupid phone system with no ear plug and i was told i only had them till 3pm as they where closing early today it was 2.45 at this time so therefore i had no benifit from the guide what so ever and would have been better just paying the five euro and walking round myself with my wife i would not recomend anyone paying for the guide and you don't even skip the que

Everything was ok. The ticket pick up place was about 10 minutes from the Pantheon and we received the tickets imediatelly.

I think the price difference between taking them in advance and taking them on the spot is quite big, considering that there wasn't such a long wait and even if there was, I think that 10 euros per person difference is quite disappointing.

Easy to pick up the ticket from the collection point. The audio guide had to be picked up inside the venue, and there was a huge queue for this so I didn't do so. Therefore ended up paying excess for a ticket without audio guide

The pantheon itself was great to see but there was quite a long wait to get these tickets and it was not close to the pantheon.

We enjoyed touring at our own pace. Retrieving our tickets over a block away from the attraction was very annoying. With technology of today, having one's tickets on one's cellular device only makes sense.

Palatine Hill tour was incredible. Maya was so knowledgeable and shared tons of information in a short period with great enthusiasm. We wish we could have had more time with her and wanted more time at Palatine Hill (tour was 1.5 hours at Palatine Hill and 1.5 hours Colosseum). Colosseum tour was meh. It was great to be in the fast track line (you still wait in line with other groups) and the underground was cool to see but our guide (we got a different guide for colosseum) was pretty boring and didn't have good command of English.

Firstly the instructions on the email about first going to a basilica about 1/2 mile from the Pantheon need to made clearer, maybe include a sketch map. Access to the Pantheon once we got our actual tickets was quick and easy, the collection of audio players was simple and the visit was very good.

Fabulous historical sight with best audio guide experience - pay the extra for this, well worth it. Take your time and follow the maps included with audio guide. Redemption point for voucher to obtain ticket, be sure to look at details iof the email ticket - this won't get you into pantheon. Redemption point is about 10-15 min walk to pantheon. Lines up to enter may seem long but it moves fairly quickly. It's worth the wait! Enjoy!
