Had to wait until 12:00 noon to enter the Pantheon because no one seemed to know that there was Sunday mass till then. Our tour guide was excellent !

Super neat to see. Ended up be a private tour due to some others not showing up. The guide provided by the attraction was great. The only item that could have been better, the tickup pickup instructions were not correct, the office at the address given was not correct and there was just a hand written sign on the old one to the the new office was a 10min walk and a bit hard to find.

The guide was friendly and globally Ok. There is anyway to things to improve: - french fluency: we can understand him but we had to concentrate too much - not enought information about Pantheon history: our guide was very knowledgeable is history in general and in art but not too much on the particular monument.

I believe this could have been organized properly. When I went to the location a representative told me that the meeting point had changed. She gave me the correct information where I could get the voucher. Once I went to the Pantheon to begin the tour I didn't see any guide nor was given any instructions on what to do next. I just saw a line and went in with the crowd.

It is a fabulous place and the guide has been very didactic and has made the visit very bearable. Thanks to Paula for your explanations. Highly recommended!

The guide Eva was very nice and made the explanations very pleasant and interesting, telling us the history and many curiosities of the building. I would repeat with her without any doubt.

The Pantheon guided tour itself was amazing . Having to spend 20 minutes walking to and from the ticket issue point was not appreciated. My wife caught a gastro buck (which has been verified by a medical certificate) and was unable to attend. Disappointing that the ticket issue office was not prepared to act on this even though they were employed as an agent. Headout needs to be able to have a better process for dealing with legitimate illness.

The ticketing was good. our guide made the experience amazing. He was so knowledgeable and passionate. His knowledge was incredible.

Once the tour was over, it was not as long as expected, per the description. There were many parts of the Pantheon that the guide didn't show nor explained, so we asked to stay inside to see it ourselves.

The abiliity to prepurchase entrance tickets and get faster access to the Pantheon Its unfortunate that you have to spend time going to another venue to collect paper tickets rather than being able to use the electronoc tickets that were emailed to us

It was very nice to see The Pantheon. However: At the entrance, I thought it was good enough to show the Qr-codes on my phone. I felt it was a bit unnecessary to collect vouchers in addition.
