Auschwitz-Birkenau Guided Tour with Fast-Track Tickets

What we liked most about the visit was how well organized everything was and how well our guide explained everything. Highly recommended.

I was there before but in 2017, unfortunately this is no longer what it was and has become a thematic overexploitation of the holocaust and auschwitz-birkenau, in 2017 you went with a guide with much more calm and with 50/60% less affluencía, now it's a shame what they have turned auschwitz-birkenau into, a quick and fast tour to get more and more tourists and without going deeper as it was done before, I know it's not your fault as an agency but the lack of control in the sale of tickets to earn more and more money.

The tour guide (older lady) was just perfect for the occasion. The weather was cold and rainy which suited the surroundings very well. The driver/guide helped us get buss seats back to Krakow ❤️

Despite having been warned the day before that it would be impossible to take the tour in French (as booked), we joined a group with an English-speaking guide, and were won over by her ability to share her emotions with us. The tour was highly instructive and emotionally charged. The organization was top-notch (Auschwitz and Birkenau).

The guide was nice. But the mic sucks en the guide was breathing really loud trough the mic. Hearing that in your ear was really innoing. Besides that i heard a lot of other guides who spoke really good enlglish and on a way that was better understanding. It was a very very busy day, but sometimes the guide was allready outsie, still talking but he went far away from us, so we didnt hear him anymore. At some parts we didnt have te time to look closely to things.

The guide was very nice and prepared, and he made the visit really pleasant and informative. However, I would have liked to visit more of the exhibitions inside the Auschwitz Memorial, not only the main ones. The organization of the group wasn't very clear from the beginning, and there were some communications problem with the tour organizer regarding the schedule.

All was good, but we needed a littke more info abt the meeting point and who we were supposed to meet. Also the time of our booking changed 1 day before alrering our plans.

Very good, we have been accompanied all the time the guide very well, but it is a shame to go so fast to see everything, I would have liked to see more detail, next time I take the longer and more complete visit. Thanks

It shakes the bowels The problem was that we arrived in Krakow by plane at 12 midnight, we had a reservation at 9 am and they changed it to 7 am and we had to get up at 5 am.

The communication system definitely needs to be improved. The guide was interesting, but we lost a lot of information because of the sound. A real shame, as the tour was very interesting. Challenging too.

Very interesting, a little fast on some parts but there are quite a few groups so it's understandable. Thanks again to our guide, who made a point of respecting and remembering the place.

A truly passionate guide, with great respect for the site. He shared his knowledge with us with great emotion. Thanks to him, we were able to fulfill our duty to remember. Despite the 3.5 hours for both camps, the visit was a little quick, and I had the impression that I hadn't seen everything.

Everything was very well organized and our guide was wonderful. We learned very much from this visit and we will never forget it.

He stressed that the place has nothing to do because it exceeded my expectations, extraordinary, in fact because it was important to me this visit I made the decision to wait and follow the indications not so clear, I received a WhatsApp the day before indicating that they did not have the number of people needed to meet the schedule to perform the same but that I should still present myself at the appointed time, which was 9 am buses that served me to arrive on time were only the 6:20 AM leaving Krakow since the sgte was at 730 am did not take me on time to Auschwitz and ran the risk of losing my tickets as indicated in the WhatsApp, I arrived at the place from 8 am at 9 am I meet a person who not being very clear only indicated us not be made the tour at this time but at 12 noon and can wait in the cafeteria of the place, if they already knew from the day before that they did not have enough reservations for 9 am since my wait turned out to be very long until 12 AM I would have been very grateful if they had told me clearly from November 3rd that I had to wait until that time to arrive at this time and so my time would have been distributed to take a bus from 9 am as opposed to a bus from 6 am which there is a big difference, In addition I find that they had a large number of people more than 30 people in fact they had 2 groups with 2 guides in Spanish at 12 noon most likely from the day before they knew it because the tickets are purchased in advance I would have appreciated clarity and respect in their logistics with my time, but in short recommendation that I hope they keep in mind because today the only thing I can recommend to my acquaintances is that esninciertanlaninformsciin. Burndada that you have to be filled with patience and denun. Full day to understand its logistics and be in the place daelncual.

We had the most amazing guide at Auschwitz museum. Extremely nice, willing to answer any questions he had. The whole experience would not have been the same without our guide. Thank you1

After our initial booking being moved to the day of our flight, I was a little concerned that we would not be able to make it. However the representatives of the company went out of their way to assist in any way they could, even down to dropping us at the airport after the trip. Very happy with the customer service we received. Thank you.

Very detailed tour with a very good tour guide, somber and respectfull at all times. Ticket ordering was good and everything ran very smoothly. Only small issue was the changing the the booking from 12pm to 2pm which meant we did most of Birkenau in the dark. Otherwise, highly recommended.

A visit that leaves you speechless during the tour. silence and respect for everything. I recommend the visit with a guide as we were provided with headphones for the explanation of everything we saw.

It was an unforgettable experience that will stay with me always.

We bought our tickets only 1 day before the visit. This was the only source which were offering slots for the next day. We got notifications in time, with directions, address, meeting point photo. The tour guide was very kind, answered all the questions the group has asked.
