It was supposed to be a dinner boat trip with a band, but unfortunately we didn't hear any music in the lower part of the ship, despite having an exclusive ticket. Nobody was able to put at least one speaker in our direction. That was disappointing. The food was good and so was the service. There wasn't really a guide, just a list of the sights via app.

The event was a disaster. The buffet was placed in such a way, that literally all people on board passed our table multiple times to get their food. This made it impossible for us to talk. The Food buffet was poor and by the time we had our turn, there were only left-overs. Polite questions to the staff's supervisor were disregarded or responded arrogantly. We left the boat still hungy. There was live music on board, which we could not hear, because we had a big queue of people in front of our table. This was a massive tourist trap and completely ruined our night out.

I reality the food was mediocre and the visual experience was really poor as there was not much to see. Compared to a similar experience we had on the Siene there is no comparison. It was expensive for what was offered

We could not sit at the same table with our group, our group as split under the 2 parts of the boat, however when we picked up the tickets it had been said that we were 1 group and we want to sit at the same table.

We booked the Tout with a set menu on the glass-roofed boat.
However, we got a small old boat with little view and buffet which would have been much cheaper.
