The visit to the castle, we received our tickets outside the ticket office so no lines, great service. The visit to every attraction in the whole complex was really nice!

Very professional and helpful staff (had to postpone the visit for one day, and it was done very smoothly). Also, very well prepared in terms of facts knowledge and presentation.

Super easy to walk through buildings and enjoyed the solo aspect of it. Was confused where to meet at first, but figured it out based on the apps instructions.

If you just want to see everything outside the Prague Castle then there is already a lot to see outside. But It's worth seeing some buildings like the church from the inside. There are 4 locations inside the castle you can visit. If you buy a ticket online you will get the final ticket at a guide with the umbrella and they will tell some 20 minute introduction about the places. After that you are on your own and can use your phone if you want extra information. The online ticket system works nice but be aware there is a timeslot on it so check the time you will be there before going. Also you can book it online while there.. but my timeslot was an hour away but I had enough to see outside during that time. A nice touch is that if you are unable to see all 4 building that the entry is available for 48 hours.

It was a wonderful experience, the guide spoke perfect Italian and was polite about everything, even called us to find out where we were because we were 10 minutes late. I recommend doing it

Overall a great expereience, we were a little confised where to meet to get our tickets but we figured it out. The introduction byt the guide was very informative and we found that of great use.

It was very easy to book tickets on line for Prague Castle and cathedral but when we didn't arrive on time, due to us not being sure of meeting place, we received a polite and friendly phone call from the company, who were able to explain where to go and to send directions via text which was very useful. Queue to the cathedral was extremely long so we decided to visit the other areas of interest first and by the time we returned to the Cathedral, it was much less busy. We also got to watch the changing of the guards at 12 midday. A very pleasant afternoon, good value for money.

Well organized, helpful and patient guides. Their comments are invaluable for appreciating the entire castle grounds. French would be great.

My guide spoke until 11:00 a.m. I had to visit the museum in less than an hour because the deadline was too tight to take my cruise, which I missed in the end. They accepted me anyway, an hour late in the end!

Both experiences were easy to navigate and understand. It was a laid back experience and did not feel rushed. I liked the introduction at the beginning and then being sent off on your own. Bring your headphones to use the online audio guide. If not your arm gets tired of holding your phone.

Our experience at the Prague Castle was awesome! I would recommend going on a weekday rather than a weekend. It was pretty crowded. Golden lane was extremely crowded due to tour groups. Other than that it was awesome!

We loved the visit to the Prague Castle complex. It was brilliant to book the ticket in advance then just meet in the (vast) courtyard at the time. We even got a brief introduction from one of the spirited (even in October) and deeply knowledgeable guides. Thank you!

The introduction of the whole tour was amazing! The tour guide was on point and knowledgeable! The total overall experience of Prague Castle brought us back to the olden days. Definitely a must try!

When we couldn't find the location to pick up the ticket the staff contacted us and provided useful help. The short introduction of the castle is very on point and interesting.

It was not clear whether or not there was an Italian guide and when he started talking we missed half the explanation unfortunately. Also I was not able to use the audio guide they pointed out to us, probably because it was additional for a fee but that was also unclear. But having booked at the last minute it was fine anyway.

The Prague Castle complex is awesome and definitely worth 2hrs of exploration! Headout is fabulous! We booked the tickets the day before. Instructions are clear and concise. Meeting point is easy to find and the reps with the umbrellas are visible from far. Our rep gave us a quick introduction to the complex plus some bonus history points. Cool.... thank you very much!

Our cruise started on time, it was a lovely experience. However, it was said that English audio is available on the ship, but we could hardly it. Even after getting promised that the volume would be increased, nothing happened, we couldn't hear the guide the whole trip.

I couldn't visit the palace it was closed x 1 political meeting at least they could have notified us before taking the ticket!

Prague Castle is interesting. You have to have great shoes as the entite complex with the churches & adjacent buildings will challenge your feet & legs walking.
