Very helpful guide to set us up on the app before we went in, the audio was enjoyable and we spent a lovely hour inside the Pantheon

The pantheon is a must see when in Rome! The history, the architecture and the art are very interesting. Ticketing with Headout was seamless and the instlation of our audioguide app was simple and later on very easy to use. I had to reschedule our visit and I did it in a few simple steps online.

Don't forget to pick up your ticket at the tourist station in Piazza Navona, 6 minutes from the Pantheon. Even if there's a queue in front of the Pantheon, it goes fast!

When we entered the museum, we did not have to wait in line. Lucy, the person in charge of the store in the hall, was very kind and attentive to us. When we went downstairs with an audio guide, we were able to listen in order to each course of Leonardo's great works and legacy. We were very grateful for the opportunity. I have no bad things or criticisms to add to our visit.

It was very easy to find the guide, Gabriel, and he was very attentive. He gave us the audio guide and gave us all the instructions. The content of the audio guide met our expectations.

The employees at the tourist office are wonderful, helpful and ready to answer any questions and help, especially Roberta. It's bad that I paid for the tickets a month in advance and that I waited to receive the audio guide 30 minutes before the scheduled visit. Not everyone's mother tongue is English... I am disappointed with the Headout service.

We opted for the "coupé file" entrance with audioguide to the Pantheon. To do this, we went to the meeting point to meet the guide on the side of the Pantheon. She very kindly welcomed us and handed over the audioguide application. She then accompanied us to the monument, managing our tickets with security. Quick and easy, I recommend it!

Ist Perfect to Skip the two lines to enter the pantheon. Very comfortable to get the tickets and the audioguide in advance and be guided inside the pantheon. Highly recommended- super service and you save so much time :)

A very smiling and friendly hostess, a wire cutter for quicker entry (although there wasn't much of a queue that day), the audio guide to discover this impressive and magnificent building and its history.

the guide was punctually at the meeting point. She made it clear that it is in the middle of the square so that we could look around. She provided us with the audio guide and took us to enter the pantheon. we could not see if it was fast or not, because there were no queues. i guess it was due to the rainy weather. everything was fine.

We visited the Pantheon without any delay and despite the big queue. Thanks to the bus we saw Rome from very interesting angle and visited places which we would never visit. Recommend in full!

The queue-cutting ticket is very useful. Otherwise, the audio-guide is free at the entrance to the site with a cell phone. The information provided is very useful.

The appointment with this person was very simple and he took us straight to the entrance of the Pantheon without having to wait. The visit to the Pantheon is exceptional and the information given by the audio guide is very useful for novices like us. Be sure to bring earphones, as they are not supplied and are only indicated once payment has been made.

I arrived two hours before closing time and there was hardly anyone there, which made my visit easier. The exhibition is very interesting, although I didn't use the audiovisual.

Daniel our guide was knowledgeable and engaging. He showed us how to interpret the remains, what was original and what was repaired. He explained the history of Rome using the analogy of lasagne ... all the different layers we could see and what era they relate to. We learned about the power struggles and consequent history. He was carrying for some less mobile customers. A great experience.
